Everything was good except for the staff. They were quite unhelpful. When we mentioned that the towels were wet and asked for clean, dry ones, they argued and said they couldn’t change them. It was disappointing, especially considering we’re paying service tax and still being charged extra for things like late check-out and linen stains.

The staff were not very accommodating. Everything seems to come with an extra charge — late check-out is RM40 per hour, and they even charge for any stains on towels or linen. Aren’t we already paying service tax for these kinds of services? It feels like they’re trying to squeeze every last cent out of guests. The air cond in the room was not good at all. Slept the whole night without covering up.

I think this is 3rd or 4th time staying in this hotel... So far no problem with friendly staff, strategic location and more as well😉🫡👏🏻👏🏻

I just want suggest to Lavender inn to include Iron facilities on selected room (Exp Deluxe Double Room and higher). This is following because i stayed 4 Days 3 night but only can iron my shirt 1 days and the rest of the days the iron was missing 😔😔

Easy for me to meet my friend staying around USJ. Quite affordable. Late check-out at 12pm. Some nice Christmas decorations at the lobby.

Door is a bit “porous”, can hear clearly the conversations and noise along the corridor. Exhaust fan is not working well in the toilet.

The cleanliness of the rooms were really good in comparison with other hotels in the vicinity. One of the things i regularly do before staying in a room is check the aircond filters as we are sensitive to dusty air. The aircond filters in our room were clean :D

Only complain that we really had was the pillows were pretty flat. A fluffier more full pillow would have made the sleep alot better for us.

It is clean and comfortable.

The room arrangement is look exactly like the picture but it term of lighting and decoration not looks exactly like the picture. Suggest to the hotel to ensure whatever you present to the customer in any hotel apps, please ensure whatever you advertise is exactly the same as per physical condition. We book for 5 room and 1 room is having an aircond problem, but its our mistake also not report to them. As overall is good for a short stay for a night.

Room and bathroom were clean; parking was free; staff were friendly and accommodating; there was ample artificial lighting in the room

No hair dryer in the room; Keycard lock was out of batteries when I arrived and hotel staff had to help charge the lock to let me in; room has no window

Comfortable and cozy stay with completed facilities provided. Very convenient to travel around KL city cause MRT Station just nearby and connectable with main roads. Variety food stall with very reasonable price. Parking place is enough and safe.

Front desk staff a bit impatient to explain guest's questions.

The jacuzzi is superb. Many public parking available. The room & bathroom come with window view. The room design, bed is comfy. The receiption area is great & the staff efficiency. They even comes with floor mat is a big plus.

The floor is little sticky. There is a hair stuck in the shampoo. The sewerage system is not very effiency. There are few lights in the room is not working (Lamp beside bed, behind TV). Some features on jacuzzi seem not working. But not a big deals to me so Im fine with these.

Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning, hygiene, standards, and courtesy of the staff

Early check-in should be considered without extra charge if you are staying more days ( I stayed for 6 nights but had to pay an extra RM 30 for early check-in)

i like the bed ...its very comfortable and clean...i just dont like the FRONT DESK STAFF HE IS I THINK A MYANMAR NATIONAL..HE IS VERY RUDE ,NOT ACCOMODATING...THE MALAY GIRLS ARE NICE

the male STAFF IN THE COUNTER..HE IS RUDE...he dont deserve to be in the counter..
