The accomodation is very spacious, clean and easy to reach from the airport. It‘s so close to the Ocean, supermarkets, gas station, hospital, restaurant and Takamaka Rum factory 😉. The most important thing: the staff is very friendly and helpful: if you need a car they make a call, you have an issue with car -they make a call, you need something they are happy to provide, they pick you up from the airport, they offer you beach towels and they wash your clothes for free + return in the same day.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not just as guests, but as part of a home — a feeling that made all the difference. The villa itself is charming, impeccably maintained, and perfectly nestled in the peaceful area of Anse Royale. It strikes a beautiful balance between comfort and tradition, offering everything a family could need, while still giving you that special sense of being somewhere truly unique. It was the perfect base for exploring Mahé, but also a wonderful place to simply slow down, breathe, and savor the moment. A heartfelt thank you to Patrick, the gracious and attentive owner, whose care and presence made us feel so well looked after. His passion for La Villa Therese shines through in every thoughtful detail, and we are deeply grateful for his kindness throughout our stay. A special mention must go to the incredible management team — Hannah and Melanie — whose warmth and hospitality brought such joy to our experience. And to the lovely in-house cook, Limia, who prepared an unforgettable Creole dinner for us: it was delicious, soulful, and gave us a true taste of local culture that we’ll always cherish. This apartment is really nice with friendly staff. We spent there 4 nights with our 3 small kids. As we spent here more than 3 nights, we got a free transfer from the airport to the apartment. We enjoyed the terrace and had breakfast and dinner there every day. There are several small shops nearby where you can buy food. The beach was within 5 minutes walk. There is also a nice restaurant at the beach. The apartment provides also beach towels for free and there is a shower in the garden to wash your feet after the beach.

Our only negative experience is actually not related to the apartment. Some locals had party at the street side next to the facility, and it was so loud that one of our kids could not sleep... we don’t know how often they have party, but this happened two nights as well...

Great place especially for families (we traveled with two kids 3 and 6 years old). Everything is close - good takeways, shops, bus stop. And the Anse Royale beach is definitely one of the best in Seychelles for swimming as it is protected by a reef. Yes, there are many more picturesque, but here it's like in one big swimming pool. La Villa Therese is clean and spacious, everyone is always ready to help you.

Big spacious apartment 100+ meters, iron, washing machine available. Absolutely nice staff!! Shops and a bus stop around. Complimentary airport transfer for those ordering 4+ nights. Beautiful beach around.

Those travelling with large luggage need to get a taxi back to the airport or jetty ferry. Buses are not an option - they do not accept passengers with luggage. Taxi prices are very high in Seychelles - 35 EUR to the airport and 50 EUR to jetty ferry, hence the apartment is a perfect option for those arriving with rented cars or in a bigger group being able to share the cab price.

Excellent value for money. The owner and the staff especially would like to mention Hannah are very cooperative and friendly. Whenever I had a problem or concern their response was prompt.

It’s a very well maintained property. Some suggestions would be to keep the contact nos of the guests handy with someone so that parking issues if any could be resolved. Some very minor maintenance like fixing the curtains would be helpful. Having said that I still would rate the property very highly and the points are very minor.

This is the 2nd time we stay at Villa Therese and without fail the facility and management were excellent. The villas are clean, comfortable and contained all essential kitchenware. An added benefit is the clean beach towels provided every day and cleaning of the villas on every alternative day. It is located close to one of the best beaches in Seychelles and to the shops and restaurants. I recommend staying at Villa Therese as it's excellent value for money.

Location very close to all facilities, beach, restaurants, super markets, pharmacy, etc... Apartments are spacious and have all what you need, kitchen is well equipped in case you want to cook, for us was not the case. Cafe Kreole is 5 min away by foot from location and serve a delicious local and international food also the prices are on the measure for that. We recommend restaurant Lobster Bay which is 4 km away from location to airport direction if you have car rented or you can use taxi to arrive there. This restaurant serve delicious sea and local food at good prices. The personal is very attentive with all customers requests and the owner Stephane from this restaurant is very nice and helpful person. He take care about us and come to pick up us from location in last evening when we return the car and after the dinner he bring back us to the villa. Thank you Stephane! The owner of the villa ,Patrick is also a nice and helpful person. He help to pick up us from ferry when we arrive as we come form Praslin Island and drop us to the airport in the day when we leave. He present us the island during travel from ferry, also show us the place of shops and where the fresh fruit market is. All those locations are not far away from villa, are at 10 min by foot from there. We ask Patrick to guide us to which places to visit during our stay and he was glad to help. Also he manage for us to hire a car to have transport for travel on the island. Thank you Patrick for your goodness! We recommend this location and for sure if we come back in Seychelles will choose to stay there again.
