It is the last moment to visit this place and expirience such a view for a decent price. In Autumn hotel will be demolished and new hotel with pools will be built there (for sure much more expensive). Place is very clean, stuff is friendly and helpfull. Transfer was organized without any additional fees, view from balcony and hotel restaurant is amazing. Breakfasts are varied and you get coffe/coffe with milk for free what is not so obvious on Seychelles. One of attached photos shows view at sunrise from balcony in the room - it is breathtaking expirience to observe changing collors with morning coffee in your hand. There are 3 very friendly small cats, that sometimes visits you. Please feed them like we did.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast – an excellent selection including a fresh fruit plate, eggs, a delicious dessert, a refreshing smoothie, and of course, tea and coffee. Everything was well-prepared and tasted great. Another big plus was the hotel's location, as the beautiful Anse Patates Beach was just nearby, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning scenery. Additionally, the free buggy ride from the ferry to the hotel and back was a fantastic convenience that made the arrival and departure hassle-free. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

This Hotel is wonderful. Location is amazing, stuff was extremely helpful and kind. Special thanks to Mr Sachin and the two ladies. Breakfast is perfect with its Ocean view, amazing fresh local fruits, and juices etc. They take a lot care about continuos maintenance. Room is clean, Ocean can be heard, perfect for sleeping, nothing more is needed as you will spend your whole day on different part on this exotic island.

Ocean view is disturbed by the half of the restaurant roof. That is why 1st floor rooms are suggested. Interesting, but in case of wind or storm sound of palm leaves can be disturbing during the night. Breakfast is nice, however some more variety would be suggested, not just eggs and pancakes, which can be boring after 4-5 days.

The accommodation on La Digue was our second of three accommodations in the Seychelles. Although the hotel was outdated, it was perfectly clean. The hotel is in an excellent location between two beaches, Anse Severe with small bars on the beach and Anse Patate with crystal clear water. The hotel has an incredible view from the room, so we are especially happy that we caught it before it is replaced by a probably expensive resort that we will not be able to afford. The room had everything we needed, and in the bathroom, which is big enough for two, you can take a shower with hot water, although you don't need it in the heat and humidity of the Seychelles. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were also changed. The breakfast was typical Seychellois, very good and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and arranged for us a snorkeling trip to Petite Soeur, Grande Soeur and Felicite Island. We were a small group and had a great captain. We borrowed bicycles from the hotel, which served their purpose perfectly. They also organized free transportation from and to the ferry port. There would be a lot of good things to write about the hotel, as a help for other tourists, but it makes no sense, because the hotel will not accept many more guests. We would like to thank the staff for a pleasant and memorable stay on La Digue.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is on the tip of the island - so a beautiful view of the ocean. Who likes peace - is right here. The hotel is further away from the center - that's what we wanted. By bike approximately 10-15minutes. There are hills. The bike ride into town is absolutely breathtaking - you ride downhill past the ocean. Who doesn't mind the exercise - it's right here. Breakfast very good. Plate of fruit, eggs of choice, dessert, juice, coffee, tea.

Sachim was a great host, provided a lot of information about the island, booked a restaurant for us and helpes with the taxis from and to the ferry. Our room was as in the pictures, bed was really big and comfortable, air conditioning was super as we could set it up for the whole night (quiet and without light). Breakfast was various, fruits, 3 kinds of eggs to choose from, sweet cookies, cereals and delicious juices. All in all, we had a great 4 days here, will come back definitely!

The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough but I beleive it is the same everywhere in the island.

The location of the hotel was excellent, at the tip of the island. Next to the hotel is a wonderful, peaceful Anse Patates beach. The hotel service was great! When we arrived in La Digue by ferry, the hotel arranged us a free ride from the ferry to the hotel, even though it was already late. The staff was friendly and the cleaning quality was good. The upstairs room we stayed in had a fabulous ocean view. Our room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was served directly to the table, it was tasty and quite enough for us. We were able to rent good quality bikes from the hotel at a reasonable price. We highly recommend the hotel if you don't mind the hotel being located in a quieter part of the island, getting around by bike was effortless.

Great location, perfect panorama view from restaurant place and bedrooms. Comfortable beds, no mosquitos. AC and Wifi worked justgreat. Very friendly and supportive staff. I was more than happy. I will happily return another year.

Breakfast was great and delicious for a week. However, a bit more variety would be great since it is 90% the same.

The hotel is situated on a beautiful spot with a great view to the Indian Ocean and the islands of Félicité, Coco and Les Soeurs. Enjoying a good breakfast on the terras with everday again delicious fresh fruits is a privilege. We had a spacious room with great seaview which was good value for its price. It had a large balcony and separate bathroom. The stay was very pleasant. Many thanks to the very helpful staff. The right bikes were arranged by them as well as advice for snorkeling and beaches. Nearby at a 2 minute walk you will find the beautifull small beach Anse Patate. A very photogenic location. Want to make a good snorkelingtour? Start on Anse Patate and let yourself drift with the waves around the corner to Anse Severe. L'Ocean is also a great place to bike the road with great views to Anse Grosse Roche (!!), Anse Banane and Fournis. Visit Chez Jules for a lunch and great view. Or at the end of the road...park your bike, walk to Anse Caiman and jump in one of the private pools. You won't regret!! We started our stay on La Digue especially in Hotel l'Ocean to explore the northern part. It was the best choice we could make. Thanks a lot everybody!!!

Some minor maintaince on the bathroom would be in order. The showerroom could use a makeover. It would benefit the overall picture. When doing this improve the lighting there too.
