The location was perfect. Close to everything and also beach access which is hard to find in this area. The pool was rarely busy so it was easy to find a chair no matter what time we made it down. They also had very flexible dates for check in and check out. The room was very spacious.

We might try a beach view next time but our room on the corner had a good view and also a great breeze which I don't think the other side of the building would have. Plus we got to see all the fireworks happening across the island from our room so its worth it.

The location is great. Easy access to shopping, entertainment and great food.

Pool is small and needs a good cleaning

The gym had a decent amount of equipment for a hotel gym. I definitely made use of these facilities every day of my stay. The coffee shop run by Marlon was also fantastic. Not only did his menu offer protein shakes, but he was open during the shutdown that we experienced during the tropical storm and was able to provide snacks and beverages. The location and proximity to the beach and several restaurants and grocery stores is fantastic. Overall, I had a great time at this property and would certainly come back.

Some areas are a bit dated and could do with an update. The rooms were extremely comfortable but did have an outdated feel to it.

I love that is in a very good area, close to supermarkets and entertainment centers, also cafeterias and restaurants. We took public transportation to go to Maho beach and came back the same way. The aesthetic was very pleasing, the room had modern touch with many amenities such as kichennet, with full fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and full stove. Was very convenient and comfortable. 10/10

The Ac on the elevator was not working. 😮‍💨 it’s the only thing I can say that didn’t meet my expectations.

Can't bet the location - steps from the beach and there are two restaurants right adjacent, plus many more in walking distance. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do - boat trips and excursions leave from various points close by. Loved the free shopping shuttle to town! our room was very spacious, the kitchenette came in handy and the balcony was great for having breakfast and enjoying the beautiful view. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

if you like to sleep with your windows open, it's noisy - loud music from somewhere nearby on weekends until late. But all we had to do is close the windows, so not a big problem.

We had a King Studio with a balcony and a view of the beach and lagoon. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean with a great shower, and it had all the necessary appliances - microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc. The staff at the desk - Dawn, Sonia, Allison, Aliyah etc.- we're friendly, made reservations, called taxis, made suggestions, and responded to any questions or problems. The beach service staff led by Martin had everybody set up comfortably on the beautiful, calm beach from 8AM to sunset. There is a large pool on the premises that abuts two restaurants. The facility is also within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and has a grocery store around the corner. They provide a shuttle to Phillipsburg, or you can simply take a bus at the corner of the main road for $2 a head. I have always found the Atrium the perfect place to stay in St. Maarten and highly recommend it. Great value and location.

Excellent Customer Service from both Sonia & Dawn. We love staying at the Atrium! The location is perfect for great restaurants & groceries. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We had a nice view of the beach & water and were also able to watch the planes take off.

We could have used more that just 2 bath towels. Also, the Sofa bed in the main living area was not that comfortable to sit on. There was some loud music from the places nearby, but it didn’t bother us too badly. Other than that the Atrium is one of our favorite places to stay!

The lady at the front desk had an attitude . I asked questions and it felt like i was bothering her. No eye contact and a lot of shoulder gestures. For instance i asked if check out was at 10 or 12..her reply was a firm yes. Then when another guess asked her a question she got eye contact and movement and more than 1 word answer. And this is the only reason i rated it at 9. Customer service!

We have been to Sint Maarten 20+ times and this was our favorite location and accommodations. The staff was great. The resort was on the beach and had a very nice pool area. The King Suite was furnished well with large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range. It also had a nice porch. The price was reasonable for Sint Maarten. A number a good, reasonable restaurants, as well as a casino, in easy walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay.

Everything was perfect. A bus stop to take you to the main town was a block way and the bus fare for $1.50 each way. There is a full service grocery store almost next door. For economical eaters, there is a Burger King next door.

The location. The day receptionists were great. The bathroom shower had a problem and the Assistant manager refunded me for a night stay.

The evening receptionists weren't pleasant. The room smelled stuffy. The bathroom shower ceilings were discolored from water stain and patch work which eventually cracked and falling plaster
