The restaurant managing staff young lady and the day time receptionist young lady have to be applauded 👏🏼 for their customer service. The breakfast was amazing and the quality of the restaurant food is also great .

The cleaning staff didn’t do a full room clean in last 2 days of my stay ,not complaining but I would have given full points if the cleaning of the room had happened for last 2 days as well . I had food plates still left in the room from the day before .

Very close to noisy Bratislava you will feel the coziness and hospitality of Slovaks... The home feeling is everywhere around, the staff brings a family feeling just from the entry. The owner is taking care of every single detail, and the team is there to assist on every single corner. The service is fast and full of personal attention, starting from receptionist (warmest to Bibiana), restaurant manager (Eva, you are doing great!) and last but not least the guard and the cleaner. The owner is greeting everyone personally. All facilities are very clean and well-kept. The special word for Welness site - very exceptional with lots of options!!! I have enjoyed my stay!

Shoulder cascade and sauna didn't work. The restaurant chef could do better in grilling the chicken. I believe there was the space for the outdoor pool foreseeable, lacked the option to breathe in the indoor pool (the doors to the balcony didn't work). Still, these were only minor remarks, EVERYTHING IS VERY GREAT!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a balcony and received a spacious, cozy room. I loved it. The bathroom looked new and everything was so clean, excellent! The place is very quiet, relaxing. The Spa is wonderful. Breakfast has everything you need. The staff was friendly, very nice, and immediately took care of a small issue, even letting us know once it was resolved. Thank you!

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not a glossy shiny posh experience, but everything works, everything is clean, the room is big, well equipped, the A/C works, wellness very nice, breakfast tasty and reasonable choice. Overall, very difficult to find any disadvantages.

Helpful, English speaking staff. Had the hotel almost to ourselves all weekend, which was great.

Several items of equipment in the spa and the gym weren't working. No info in the rooms such as local attractions/walks, a dinner menu or even how to work the room safe. Lots of indoor nooks to sit in, but would have been nice to have some loungers or comfy chairs outside too.

Breakfast was a traditional morning meal. Nothing of importance was missing. The swimming pool was a bonus with perfect temporat water. Very nice. The restaurant had perfect service and meal was great. Nice people , the young man at the reception and the perfect young lady serving both dinner and breajfast. Nothinh could have been better.

The breakfast was nice, typical for such hotels. The coffee was not that good. The hotel is charming, Central Europe style. Nice fitness room. Nice pool. Big private parking. Great place for a sleepover, or a workshop (conference room, isolated place).

Tony The manager was omnipresent, always busy and helpful, the reception staff were always friendly and well-organised. Evening meals were always excellent. The showers in the room have enough water pressure to wash away the day. all in all a great place to stay.

It’s clean and well equipped, staff is very helpful , breakfast didn’t have a big variety but was very delicious.We got the best room in the hotel! :)
