A beautiful hotel with fabulous staff! The Marrol's staff were so attentive and welcoming (especially David on our check in and check out was very helpful with everything we needed and all our questions) The hotel is beautifully appointed and feels so charming and elegant! The inclusions we had in our room were generous and the hotel restaurant is also great to eat at too. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Bratislava!

Fair value for a fair price! The atmosphere at the place made me feel concentrated on my trip but still provided a chance to relax. Big thanks to David, for showing hospitality.

I am sad that I did not have a chance to use a laundry service as it takes 2 days for processing, and I asked for that on my last day. But it is not a real facility problem. Also, the spa option does not make sense for one person with a price of 90 euros for 6 persons, so did not try

Service in the breakfast restaurant is not ideal. The girl who served was ok but the clumsy older man in black kept loudly dropping forks and knives….

The hotel was a little jewel in the middle of Bratislava. From the perfect location to the attentive and friendly staff, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to each day. I am someone who usually finds things that could be improved wherever I go, but for this place, I have no complaints at all. It truly deserves a 10-star rating! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bratislava!

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the breakfast. It wasn't an issue of variety, but some of the hot dishes, such as bacon and eggs, were missing and needed to be replenished. As a result, I ended up not having any hot food, and the toaster took a long time to toast the bread.

The staff are excellent - welcoming, friendly and intuitive. Shout out to David, who checked us in seamlessly, and our waiter at Houdini (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) who was knowledgeable about local wines and was so great at explaining the dishes. ☺️ We loved the room we stayed in. There was a good view of the street and we were glad to have a bathtub. We also really appreciated the complimentary mini bar (my husband loved the sodas!) and I liked the L’Occitane toiletries. The bed is also so comfortable with multiple pillows. The location is unbeatable. We were in walking distance of many sights. Parking is also easily arranged through the hotel. Breakfast is also great. We loved the yoghurt in jars and the mini sausages.

It wasn’t that I didn’t like it, but it was an unusual system to have to ask staff for separate key cards to facilities - such as the gym. The spa room is an additional charge we learnt - so if you see photos and hope it’s included in your price, just a heads up it’s another €90. We didn’t go into it because of this.

A beautifully designed and furnished property which is looked after to perfection. Well-appointed immaculate room. VERY helpful and well-trained staff.

We loved everything. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet selection and staff were very attentive. The slightly lower score for comfort is that our mattress was not quite as comfortable as other hotels and perhaps needs replacing. Also our experience of breakfast between 9 and 10am. was not very relaxing, mainly because we had to take tables at the buffet end. At this busy time people crowded around the coffee machine encroaching upon our space, bumping our chair, table etc. Tables are very close together leaving no space for manoeuvre, and sometimes having to stand up mid- breakfast to let somebody have access to their table behind as someone else needed more chair space was awkward.

The hotel is truly wonderful. The hotel's furnishings, upon entering, are wonderful. The room was extremely spacious, the beds comfortable, everything was extremely clean. Upon arrival, water, chocolates, coffee were waiting for us in the room... There are mosquito nets on the windows, which I thought was extremely important for the summer, so that you can open the windows without any worries. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is rich and excellent. The city center is a 3 minute walk away. There is plenty of parking. I really recommend staying at this hotel, we will definitely be back. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night.

Every thing was perfect till the last night because we were sitting and eating in the lobby and no one was around to help with some tissues we tried to find alone then from no where the guard came to us and start yelling and calling us thieves and wanted to call the police , we said yes call the police and show them the cameras then he scared ant started to yell and talk with slovakian language and finally one of the staff of the hotel came and also he started yelling at us without knowing anything and also kicked us out from the lobby and next morning when we talked to the manager he and the guard denied everything and even deleted the camera scene because he knew that it was his fault and didn’t even apologized.

Quick and mostly friendly service (except in the hotel restaurant), quiet, comfortable, well-equipped rooms, and a plentiful, tasty breakfast.

Water splashes onto the wall and the floor during showering, likely due to the shower’s glass wall being too short. I was also denied a seat in the hotel restaurant, even though a table was still available. After I joined other guests at their table with their consent, I was asked to leave and questioned about whether I was a hotel guest, which room I was staying in, and finally, what my name was. I was then asked to move to a different table, which I declined. The situation made me feel very unwelcome.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the city center and 12 minutes from the airport by taxi. The cleanliness is excellent, and the condition of both the rooms and common areas is satisfying. Breakfast is also satisfying. I appreciate their use of allergen warnings. L'Occitane products are used in the bathrooms, which is a pleasant touch. Walking from the city center to the hotel in the evening feels safe, with no security concerns. The check-in and check-out processes are sufficiently fast. Carrying luggage is very easy thanks to the large and well-functioning elevator. Free and fast Wi-Fi is also available.
