Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at the Roset Hotel. The warm attitude of the staff, the desire to help, to answer questions - beyond all praise. I would especially like to note Kristina for her kind heart and high professionalism. The hotel is perfectly clean, very conveniently located - 5-7 minutes walk to the Old Town, 8 minutes to the Danube embankment, 8 minutes to the Eurovea shopping center, next to the hotel there is a tram and buses. You can hear a passing tram, but it did not bother us. The hotel itself and around it are quiet. The air conditioning worked great, breakfast is a buffet, meat, dairy, drinks, pastries. We highly recommend it.

Impressive property (inside & out) which is conveniently located in what feels like a very safe area & within east walking distance of the old town, waterfront etc. Huge room, ours had a separate seating area from the bedroom. Crazy amount of wardrobe space but sadly only 4 coat hangers! Overall pretty good soundproofing, only heard slight noise from adjoining room on last night which was seemingly occupied by overexcited men! Good shower pressure… Iron & full sized board within room Plenty of mirrors, plus full length ones Loose hairdryer so one’s not limited to the bathroom. Received good correspondence with the property before our stay. Very good breakfast choice, everything looked fresh etc, with options to order hot items (see photo for current list)

No milk or creamer provided…only flavoured Tea, one thinks black tea should be a staple For the cost of the room, it would be an appropriately nice gesture to receive a complimentary bottle of water per person upon arrival. More cost hangers please! It wasn’t an issue for us but one has to climb into a high sided bath to shower taking care not to catch one’s legs or feet (a slip mat is provided)

This hotel is one of the very few hotels in the world that I would rate as a 10. Staff.. flawless. Wifi flawless. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful staff. Our room was brilliant and even had a personal balcony. Bathroom was perfect. I could live here.

The bed was too firm but that is not a flaw, just a personal preference for a soft bed. I also hate European single duvets on large double beds but they seem to be normal outside international hotels.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! It was incredibly quiet, spotlessly clean, and our room felt more like a stylish apartment—spacious, comfortable, and around 55 m² of pure comfort. It had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary supplies, a fridge, a minibar, and even a dishwasher. The location is unbeatable—right in the city center, just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the hotel surprised us with a lovely gesture in the room, which made our stay even more memorable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the staff was friendly and professional. If you’re thinking of booking—do it! You won’t regret it.

One small downside was being asked to provide my credit card details at check-in as a guarantee for potential damages. While I understand the policy, I didn’t feel entirely comfortable sharing sensitive information in this way due to cybersecurity concerns. A more secure or alternative method would be appreciated in the future.

Great location, few minutes walk to the old town. Very big room, loads of space. Bed was really nice and big and so comfortable. Spacious bathroom with great shower & bath. Friendly staff at reception & at breakfast. Great breakfast with loads of options, very tasty. The spa can only be used if you pay 60€ a person for 2 hours then you can use the whirlpool & sauna. That was a bit disappointing. Our room was overlooking the road so very noisy if you want to sleep with the window open. If windows are closed, you don’t hear anything. Also great black out curtains.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Having a 24/7 reception was a great convenience, especially for late check-ins or early departures. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day. I also loved the cozy breakfast—it had everything I needed to start my day on the right note. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a prime location!

The only small downside was the absence of a mini-fridge in the room, which would have been useful. However, this didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

I would give more than 10 if it was possible! The concept of hotel is very interesting, looks like it was residential building that was made into a hotel which gives unusual interior and hallways that I liked, not like every classical hotel, and therefore rooms are so spacious, you have a whole apartment for yourself. Staff are incredibly welcoming, and breakfast have a lot varieties and is delicious. Parking is located across the street where you need to pass through another building but it's not a big deal. Overall I would highly recommend to stay here :)

We had a huge room on the 2nd floor, they offered daily cleaning althouh we had only booked for 2 days (but daily cleaning is ALWAYS appreciated), breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the old town was only a 2 minute walk! 24-hour reception is a huge plus too. Check out is at 12, not 11 like in most hotels, which is also a plus.

Sleeping was a bit tricky, because we could hear the tram passing by very clearly. We had booked twin beds, which were tiny, and looked even smaller in our huge room. The pillows were too flat. Breakfast should be open till at least 10.30 or 11. It was only 07:00-10:00 even during the weekend. This makes us wake up earlier than needed and creats crowds in the breakfast room.

We rented the deluxe apartment which was spotless. Very spacious with living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. Comfortable couches and several English channels on TV. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and the ladies in breakfast room were very nice and attentive. Receptions personal very nice and professional, always helpful and answered any question we had. Parking across the street was good, safe and convenient. Walking distance to all attractions. It was a great stay.

The location is excellent! The staff was helpful and kind! The hotel is very beautiful. It has an old world charm and elegance that is rare these days. It is pleasantly quiet! The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We love light but prefer black out curtains for sleeping and the curtains in our room were just perfect. The breakfast room was clean, cozy, inviting and the food was tasty with many selections. The breakfast staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel manager even took time to show us a vacant room, with different features and dimensions and chatted with us about the origins and uniqueness of this hotel. WE LOVE THE ROSET HOTEL!
