The rooms were very clean and modern. Everything worked well and the rooms were prepared properly. Yes, the building looks a bit like a hospital or office, but we were only there to sleep, not to be entertained by the looks of a hotel. The reception staff was friendly and professional and could answer all our questions. They spoke good English. The breakfast was good and the man who we saw during our stay made sure we had everything. The parking was very good organised and safe. It was nice to have a morning walk to see the area which gives you a good view of the differences in Bratislava. There is good public transport from the hotel to the old town, but make sure you catch the bus were there is a machine to buy tickets. We caught the bus on the main road, close to the supermarket Lidl.

There was nothing we did not like, but if the hotel would like to have advice I would say that a ceiling fan in the rooms would be nice. It was quite warm when we were there at night. It was also a matter of getting used to it and to keep windows and curtains closed during the day. That helped a lot. We hung ‘do not disturb’ on our door so that the curtains would stay closed.

The reception was available even when we arrived late to the hotel, at midnight. Because the reception was available 24/7.

This hotel, like other European hotels as well, doesn't provide basic necessities like toothpaste. We were flying to Bratislava in late hours and hoped basic things like toothpaste will be at least available in the hotel, but no.

fantastic breakfast (included); nice lounge downstairs where you can order a drink; minibar in room and a comfortable sofa to sit on; birdsong outdoors; a nice little supermarket just beyond the park and a big shopping centre and Lidl supermarket just up the main road round the corner; nice neighbourhood; frequent buses to the city.

Good value for money, I could easily book and check in late at night (was an emergency).

It is a very socialist place (does not have to be bad though). Breakfast could have a bit more non-meat variety

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, a lot of children noisy, taking a lot of space and making getting food difficult

The shower was very good and they have laundry machines. The location is perfect for flights.

The extra bed was tiny and felt more like a baby cot. My friend found a couple of hairs in his breakfast. There is no soap dispenser for the laundry machine. They could offer a vending machine for that.

Easy become by car. Good parking area and it wasn't expensive. Receptionist was friendly.

It wasn't easy find breakfast room, signs guide to wrong place. Breakfast was average, but ok. Room was little bit hot and we keep windows open, but there wasn't come noise, so it's ok

Everything decent, not more, not less. Non stop reception, last minute reservation, fair price, good breakfast even if no scrambled eggs, parking although against a tax, very good bed.

Not a very reach breakfast menu, no shower cabin, water will fall on the floor (decent however).

Kind staffs. Breakfast is pretty good. Extremely flexible check-in/-out time (THANK YOU so much for letting me check-in at 1am and check-out at almost 12pm the next day).

It's a bit off from the center but it should be manageable using public transport (which is pretty cheap in Bratislava) 🙃
