Very friendly staff from Asanda, to Anneline to Lindo and everyone, who gave us a great game drive. My wife also had a soothing massage with the lovely lady who looks after that department. Of course as dog lovers, we loved the black lab (forgot her name) and Zazu the cute lady Jack Russell, who both kept an eye on our movements but never encroached! Obviously cleverly trained! Finally Anneline and Liza were kind enough to arrange to get my wife's bracelet she left in the room, returned to us at some point, which we really appreciate this thoughtfulness. Food was always great (thanks Maureen!) and location pretty handy for the Addo Elephant Park entrance. Our room was wonderful. All in all, a highly recommended place to spend a tranquil few days where you feel very close to nature, but very comfortable and cared for!

No need to change the towels everyday, as we like to support the environment, however small that is..and I am sure that De Old Drift supports this as well..

I had an amazing stay at this property. The meals provided at an extra cost were exceptional, truly a culinary delight. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The initial Google route is not accessible due to safety reasons, so from the N2 it does add another 1.5 hours roundtrip to your journey, but the road is in good condition, and it is well worth it. You're 15 minutes away from the Addo Entrance, well worth it, would go again.

Really nice and comfy rooms with a private terrace. Dinner was delicious and really nice atmosphere. Worth and hassle free to having to look for a restaurant in the vicinity. Breakfast was also very rich. It’s 20 min driving from Addo elephant park main entrance which makes it very convenient. We loved the children corner outside with slides etc and inside with with duplo, coloring stuff etc…

Pool wasn’t clean but I have hardly seen any clean pool in SA. In fact I have never seen any other guests in the pool! I messaged the property a few times with questions and informing about time of arrival but never got a reaction. It was disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious apartment, comfortable beds (which have heating!! Important during cold season). Great game drive with very knowledgeable guide Lize - highly recommend! We also requested a little birthday surprise for my friend so they arranged cake, sparkling wine and some flowers that were waiting in the room on our arrival. Very well organized!

We loved our one night stay at De Old Drift Farm! Communication before arriving was great, check in was fast and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfy and spacious. Dinner was great and they had no problem with cooking us a vegan meal. We also booked a game drive in Addo with our lovely guide Lido who was amazing! Highly recommend :)

We are a family of five and we stayed in a very spacious, clean and beautiful suite. We loved the premises. De Old Drift Guest farm is a citrus farm with a great pool, which we enjoyed. They serve a wonderful three course dinner and breakfast, if you like. I would recommend both. Addo Elephant Park is only a very short drive away. Everybody was super friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be back.

De Old Drift is a very nice place. Beautiful houses, nice swimming pool, marvelous breakfast. Good dinner and best of all very nice staff. We also did a safari of a day, with perfect care by Lindo our lovely host.

I will think about it, but until know I was not able to find something.

The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed our stay in a nice bungalow with relaxing at the pool area. In the back there is also a great children's playground. Breakfast was great and the waitress very friendly and helpful.

The dinner was pricey and we were really disappointed about the buffet that was provided.

Very nice environment, beautiful cottage with well equipped kitchen and garden, good beds, playground around the corner and playing equipment in the lobby, nice two dogs, good breakfast for additional cost of 150R, safe because of the mail gate, 15 Mins to the Addo Main Gate war brilliant

The pool was not cleaned, but right after checkout is was.

Staff was very friendly and so helpful - felt so at ease and they even poured me coffee without me asking. Loved it :) Room was cozy & warm with the heated blanket and air conditioning, very clean. Breakfast was exceptionally good, and all my friends loved the pictures I posted of this beautiful place and food.

It's nothing against the place, it's personal preference. I don't like DSTV, but the place had wifi so I was able to watch Netflix on my phone.
