Comfortable beds

The shower was not comfortable It was not well finished for a paraplegic what was more comfort able its conference toilet

The rooms were made warm every night for us . The hotel was close to the mall with variety of restaurants I didn't have to travel because the event was held within. Enough parking areas Even though I didn't not have breakfast or lunch or supper, I could see the food were mouthwatering A microwave was a plus because most of the hotels they don't cater /supply for that

Walking by stairs to my room with a lot of luggage. But no train smash.. Maybe I needed a little bit of exercise

Vusi being a great help to me ❤️, I booked a single double bed and got 2 double beds and I alerted him that's not what I booked and he then upgraded my stay with a beautiful suite and facing the dam as I have requested on the booking

Breakfast Pack was too little for the R245 amount So did my husband, he got served breakfast for the value of R100 something but we booked a stay of breakfast for the value of R245. If possible please adjust your potions both for breakfast and breakfast pack.

Did not eat breakfast. Overall nice.

The room had only one bottle of water, had to to request more. Also the milk, had to request more. Even if its only for one night stay. The regular tea and white sugar also not enough. Wifi was spotty, keep losing signal. Water pressure was a bit low, but understandable.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was on-point. The location of the hotel, the size of the room, hotel cleanliness and upkeep, staff friendliness and overall experience was one to write home about. Thank you. We'll definitely be back.

The rooms where very spacious,clean and nice! Nice addition the balcony

We had a bit of trouble with plugs the microwave couldn't reach the plug and we had to put in on the floor to reach,the kettle as well we needed to put it on the floor to boil it

It was comfortable for a family of four. Friendly staff. Warm fireplace in the reception.

The room that we were given needed a bit of maintenance. The latch on the door was broken. Room looked a bit run down compared to other rooms that we saw.

I have nothing to say, the service was amazing and the staff was too friendly. I'm rebooking soon for my upcoming birthday

There's literally nothing I didn't like. The service they offer is the best you can imagine

Friendly and welcoming front desk staff, willing to go our of their way to help us settle in. Great location right near the major roads making it an ideal stopover. Great that there is a restaurant, on the premises as we arrived at night and preferred not to go out again.

Everything about the hotel was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

There was no hot water this morning when we woke up at 04h30. Apart from that, we loved it and would definitely recommend it to our friends.
