We were so happy and the place really exceeded our expectations!

Only upset was the bath tub was faulty. We had to use the shower head to fill the bath tub and we had no Aircon remote. Other than that it was fantastic !

Many thanks to the staff and management. We used Ikaze Guest House in 2022 and didn't think twice where to stay during our conference in 2023. The room was specious, with the meticulous garden view beautiful. Mike was able to assist us with everything that we needed.

We were not provided with entry keys for parking so we needed to ask for permission to enter each time and we didn't receive our complimentary breakfast. The need to leave copy of ID/drivers license was unusual for guesthouse. Room does not have Jacuzzi as advertised in the photos, jacuzzi is available for the family room option only and couch replaced with study table and chair. Sheets were overused and need to be changed.

The area is nice and quiet, the assistance we received on arrival even though it was late @ night it was amazing, the lodge itself and the room is clean and theraputic

Clean room and bathroom. Beautiful and serene area outside. Safe location.

Squeaky bed - kept making noises. When going out someone kept asking where we are going, it was awkward.

I liked the cleanliness,its quite ,i enjoyed the peace of mind and the friendliness from the staff.i forgot my drivers licence there and they called me and gave it back.

I think their parking is too small ,they have opportunity to do another parking at the back

Nothing everything was perfect .

The staff was friendly, the place was clean, everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable was within our reach. We were from a different province but the facility was easy to navigate.

Maybe if you could fix the aircon or have a heater during winter time.

The location was very easy to access and in a secure area.

That I be given gate access for coming and going, and not have to wait each time for someone to open the gate for me.
