The rooms are very clean and pleasant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Felt like home. The breakfast was amazing! Lady called Rinnet was very welcoming. Took us a million pictures as well

The service was excellent. Check in and check out was a breeze. The staff were all friendly and helpful,going above and beyond to be of any assistance to us during our stay. Our room was as clean and comfortable as ever and met every need you could possibly have. The WiFi,TV with DSTV and aircon with a private balcony really added that extra touch of leisure during our short stay and made a lasting impression on us all. There is just an overall peaceful atmosphere and sense of serene privacy even in the outdoor areas that just sets it a part from other lodgings.

This boutique hotel is very conveniently located to the airport and ideal if you have an early flight out. And it is safe and secure. But what really sets it apart is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly and personable and happy to accommodate any needs you have. They will make your breakfast to your order and they take a personal interest in your travels. We’ve stayed in several places in the area before, this is by far the best.

Easy access to all amenities. Tranquility and the beauty of the premises. The interior was exceptionally beautiful. Artwork and the rustic designs made one very comfortable, and the atmosphere is very relaxed and very homey.The reception we received on our first day of arrival from Brenda was welcoming .We definitely enjoyed our stay. A definite comeback.

Location and Facilities are excellent and the staff were very helpful with my requests. appreciated that the facility accommodatd my late check-in.

As i checked in late, i would have appreciated fresh milk in my room - this request was however attended to on the second day.

The location is close to the airport and was quiet. We arrived later in the evening but check-in went smoothly. The room was very clean and we were very comfortable. The bed was good.

This is beyond their control, but a storm knocked out their electric and WiFi for awhile. The lack of WiFi was the main problem.

The accommodation met our needs exactly. We were a large group of people and they had a great experience. The rooms were perfect for our needs and the breakfast was also really great. It's a good location, too. The staff was friendly and helpful and attentive even though we arrived on a Sunday evening.

Door handle in our room needs some Q20 because it is squeaky. Bathroom lock gets stuck so needs to be fixed.

Loved everything from the koi pond outside to all the art work displayed in the boutique hotel and outdoors 🧡 Helpful staff members and friendly guests 😀
