- I booked this hotel (and better payed extra money) because of the gym. I needed a gym with treadmill for my training session. I even messaged the hotel before my traveling if they have it for sure. They answered yes - but finally the gym was under reconstruction, I couldn't use it at all. (The positive thing is that we could solve the problem by other way - thanks for the friendly staff.) - The choice at the breakfast was very small

The garden, very clean & view of the pool. All staff members very friendly and are going extramile from supervisor to an ordinary staff member.

The breakfast was a disaster very bad.No chef on site It was prepared by an ordinary cleaner.The hair was not covered.The food was not in the state of being consumed by human being.Chicken livers were stated and after eating 25minutes I had to run to the toilet with runny stomach. I really don't know whether was those food prepared for human beings or what?Shortage of staff members you waited a long time to be attended because same person is a receptionist also a cook, assist you in the room and concierge as well too much tasks in one person. Aircon dysfunctional in some rooms.

The service we received from Barry was outstanding. He took care of our every need. Provided driver services, suggested restaurants that gelled with our vibe. He was basically our concierge. We arrived late for breakfast and Pricsilla accommodated us. She did that with so much grace.

Smart TV is a need. Please upgrade

The breakfast did not include fruitsalad but one whole fruit was available which, if you want to eat it you had to cut it in pieces yourself which is not acceptable. The location is in nice quite and "safe" area.

To solve this we had to go and buy pre-cut fruit from Pick and Pay but at least the fridge in the room was big enough to keep it for the week.

Very limited tv channels, limited audience, dstv not active even after service called. Suggest some Winter sheets or electric blanket. No eating in rooms allowed but restaurant did not seem to be open in the evenings. Website refers only to lunches and coffee available. Suggest mugs in room for coffee. Cups a bit small.

I love the tranquility and the absolute beauty of this place. We landed on Christmas morning and left next day to Namibia. Photos don't justify the cleanliness of this place. The security top notch, we felt safe. Huge comfy beds. Definitely recommend this place ... oh and forgot inexpensive.

Barry was such a vibe 😊 Staff is very friendly willing and ready to assist. Breakfast was awesome. The lady at the breakfast area was so warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The breakfast on the first day was very good. My wife was pleasantly surprised as the scrambled eggs were prepared as she does at home. The breakfast on the second day did not meet the expectations created by the first. The service of the staff was very good, and the location of the Hotel was exactly as required.

The wifi connection was poor. However, this seemed to be a network service provider issue and not as a result of the Hotel equipment.

Well run. I slept very well. Great for a night layover. Calm and safe. Good dinner (African buffet) for 250 Rands. I used Uber to get there from airport, for 140 Rands.

Hotel was being renovated, so no pool or gym open at the time of my stay. Everything else was great.

Incredible hotel. Warm welcome right from the start. JP is a charming host. He made our stay memorable. The room was super comfy and the bed was the best we ever slept in. The property is situated on a quiet street nestled amongst some beautiful trees. A really inviting sparking pool is available on the property. A great breakfast spread is available and really scrumptious .Friendly staff, great location and beautiful accommodations makes Airport Gardens Boutique Hotel a perfect place to book. Highly recommended. Wish we could stay longer. Dr C Naicker
