From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner and made to feel at home - the lady, Jazmine, was very "hands on" and very friendly. We will book again and tell our friends about this place.

A bar fridge in the room - there was a "communal fridge" in the entertainment area and our things were safe there, just a inconvenience if you wanted a drink or coffee, had to leave the room to fetch from the fridge and then return before bed. It is not a major problem at all, but would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

The area is safe and quiet. The staff welcomed us well. All in all the hospitality exceeded my expectation.

Everything was perfect, they could improve in making sure that the housekeeper comes to clean the rooms once the visitors have left the room. It would also be nice to have a bigger table in the Blue Room for when visitors want to sit and eat, its very uncomfortable to eat while sitting on the bed.

The location is excellent and safe. Really loved the heated blanket in the bed and the bed and cushions were comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The room was large, and the carpets warmed it up nicely.

I missed some hand soap in the bathroom. The closet area is very nice but looks a bit sparse and white in relation to the moody decor and feel of the main bedroom. I was surprised that there was no mini fridge to keep my milk and water cool.

the service was amazing the room was big and comfort as well was excellent the house is very peaceful

the fact that the shower has a water temperature regulator, which isn't constant, while taking a shower the temperature of the water will fluctuate making it hard to actually shower properly

Liked the attention to detail in the rooms, everything was neatly arranged and thoughtfully equipped,the outdoor area was also a highlight with lovely quiet sitting areas next to the pool.It felt like home away from home

Huge spacious main bedroom, with on suite large full bathroom and walkin clothing cupboard. Amazing. Best Value for money in a long time, but about time too ! Service was great. Host friendly. Will most definately return !

The 10pm alarm activatiom. I felt bad to come in late to make you guys get up and allow us in or out. Maybe look at remotes to activate or deactivate only if going out charge a fee for the remote.

The location was exceptional as it took me 2minutes to where i shouldve been. We did not make breakfast part of the booking hence we did not stay for breakfast.

Everything was fine there was not something i did not like.

Nice environment.Clean,quiet.These guys are professionals that know their story.Very good service.Nice room with a pool view.Breskfast was very nice at 100rand and dinner at 180 with a large variety of choices.
