The current condition of the exterior decking is extremely concerning. Neglect has left it in a desperate state of disrepair, now posing a substantial health risk to everyone. The decking urgently requires a complete revamp, to not only enhance visual appeal but more importantly, secure safety for visitors and inhabitants alike. Any delay in addressing this matter may result in an unnecessary accident, which should be avoided at all costs. Moderately, the severity of this issue cannot be overstated.

Helpful staff all with a happy demeanour gave one a sense of well being and enjoyment. Smartly furnished very spacious room with 4 metre high beamed ceiling, fridge, television and powerful aircon. My room opened out to terrace with sun lounges and sparkling clean circular plunge pool. Five steps across quiet suburban road to the sand and surf. Huge comfy bed with good quality bed linen. Massive breakfast with filtered coffee meant you didn't need any lunch. Quiet location so you could hear the waves breaking onto the beach as you fell asleep. 10 minute drive or taxi ride up to dozens of restaurants at Umhlanga Rocks for dinner.

Oh my word.... amazing place. Totally exceeded my expectations. Good location. Just a walk to the beach. Staff exceptionally amazing. The three Ps, Pretty, Portia, Patrick were exceptionally amazing. Room was spacious enough and squeaky clean. Location amazing. Threse's a sea food restaurant just next to the place. A shopping centre is also a walking distance from the hotel. Bed was so comfortable. I stayed for a night and will definitely come back at a point in time.

Everyone is so friendly! The room was clean and tidy, good quality linens, the shower was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. It was so nice to sit on the deck and watch the ocean and relax. Shirley was so friendly and helpful, it was lovely chatting with her. There are shops and restaurants nearby, very convenient. The beach is safe and vibrant.

Bentley on the Beach is located across the street from the Indian Ocean. It has lovely views and safe parking. The staff were friendly and cooked a delicious breakfast for us.

The tiles outside the room, on the way to the swimming pool, can be slippery when it has rained. The wi-fi had a few moments where it dropped, but that may be due to electricity load shedding issues in the area.

Breakfast was standard, location was perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I can recommend this guesthouse; the airfield can be a bit noisy during the day but not at all in the evenings.

The Wi-Fi was a bit weak in the room I stayed in. I did move to another room at the back of the house where the Wi-fi was not as good as the front.

The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The pool and common areas were also very clean and well-kept.

No complaints at all — it exceeded our expectations!

The view was amazing.. The sun desk with a clean swimming poo was awesomel. Staff welcoming and friendly. We arrived early morning and the Bentley team was accommodating, we checked-in early morning. Rooms comfortable and met our expectations. Breakfast was yummy 😋 will definitely go back.

the only small downside for me was in my particular room, given that it leads onto the pool area, meant that early morning when people are eating outside on the deck, they can look directly into your room. Some rooms were a little more private

Robbert really went out of his way to handle our lost property and to courier it back to me. He was exceptional helpful in difficult situations - always with a smile 😊 All the staff were exceptional in making our stay really comfortable and relaxing. Can recommend a stay at Bentleys on the Beach to anyone.
