The hotel is very clean, conveniently located and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and tasty with both warm and cold options. The staff was very warm, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We felt safe and comfortable throughout.

There was either ni water at all or it took AGES for the water in the shower to run warm. Luckily we were there during the Summer but had it been Winter, this would have made our short stay there VERY uncomfortable. Also, waiting for the water to eventually start running warm (not even hot) seems like a huge waste of water.

-The staff at the reception is very friendly and knowledgeable. -The room was very spacious with a spacious bed. -The Wi-fi does not buffer. -It's close to major shopping centers.

-There was no microwave. -There were no carpets on the floor. -There was alot of noise from car radios from the outside. -There were just a few channels on the TV and some weren't even showing picture just sound.

We had no water for 2 days.

The rooms look stunning, loved the TV functionalities as it had the menu and all the information we needed for our stay.

The water was cold when we took a shower. Ice was also an extra expense. There were a few rooms that had a sewage smell when passing in the corridor

Our shower door was broken The bed was comfortable but our legs were popping out 🤪 Lot of noice outside, on our first day at night. Was hoping for buffet breakfast

The facility is absolutely perfect and comfortable.

The waiters delayed with a food and they couldn’t provide us with our drinks we ordered.They never even checked on us,we always had to call them for help.And Breakfast was bad.

I didn't eat breakfast I thought the money I paid was including breakfast only to find out in the morning that it was not.

If I was asked by the reception that I'd like to include breakfast or not

The room was very spacious and clean and location of the hotel with the gated car park is a big plus. Good facilities with TVs in rooms, reading table/desk and complimentary water etc.

No lift so luggage handling may be difficult if on 1st or 2nd floors. Also the cable TV system in the room needs to be fixed as channels were not clear at all and didn't match the guide and also the safety box.

The breakfast was fresh as they prepare while wait. But they need to inform the guest of the wait/ as you expect a ready breakfast as you enter the resturant
