The room was just so perfect and I vouch for hotels that keep an extra blanket in your room without having to ask🙂 Location is just perfect and check-in was just so EASY because the front desk lady had such a warm, welcoming smile. Breakfast was a buffet and ask me what really stood out for me: their LEMONADE...OMG!!!!

Well, my access card required me to try it a few times before I could successfully enter in my room, The landline in my room was not connected and the TV only played the radio.

Location Tranquility Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Lack of covered parking. I had to drive to the work place to avoid an oncoming storm in order to protect the car. No refrigerator in the unit. I was carrying meds and medical consumables that have to be kept cool. Lack of refrigeration almost compromised the integrity of the meds but luckily I had an ice pack that lasted throughout the night. This will be the only reason why I might overlook the establishment for my subsequent trips. Also have some bottled water in the units as well for the guests. It is unfair to expect guests to pay for such.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly and willing to assist. I'm very happy with how the person at the reception treated us, had a bit of a challenge in the early hours of the morning with my kids room being locked but the guy at the reception easily resolved the issue and I'm greatful for the assistance

Overall cleanliness and the friendly staff. Hotel is next to the mall and casino Seamless check in and check out Good housekeeping (an iron and ironing board were provided upon request).

Noisy, windows and doors should be more soundproof. Limited food selection for breakfast Faulty shower handle and mould on the ceiling over the shower. Carpet in the room needs to be washed or changed. There was a smell as we walked in and I suspected it is the carpet (it doesn't look very clean) The location of the pool is right outside the dining area, which is not ideal.

I arrived abour half hour earlier than booking in time and could not be helped. Understood that. I was asked to wait in the dining area. No refreshments were offerred. I noticed a coffee machine and starting making coffee for myself but there was no milk. At 14:00 staff started placing refreshments in the reception area. I waited about 10 minutes and then got helped with a room.

I like the familiar layout of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and everything is well maintained and works to expectations. There is everything you need and nothing you don’t.

The breakfast only opens at 6:30, which for a hotel which caters for a high percentage of mining/ engineering guests does not synch with the work start times of a majority of guests

Very good location and close to the mall, the room was very clean and the stuff was very friendly

Their pool was out of order, the buffet breakfast was missing a lot of basic things, we did not have a lot of options

Great location, friendly staff and perfect breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool area. Strong wifi connection. Secure parking area.

No smart tv in the rooms, kids wanted to watch Netflix and Disney+ as it was raining. No fridges, especially if you are there for a long stay.

That we couldn't swim upon arrival as we'd planned coz the pool was chlorinated. And the room doesn't have a mini bar fridge, That was an inconvenience for me coz I've got diabetes and my injection needs to be kept in a fridge at all times otherwise it goes off

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good

Waitress they were taking time to replace what is finished likes of milk in the coffee machine tea spoons and glasses. If they can improve on that and be visible around the area will be great.
