Beautifully decorated rooms with plenty of space. I had the upstairs room with a huge balcony and even that was needed.

The breakfast was not even 2 star standard. no filter coffee, instead you get sachets of instant coffee. You can buy special coffee from a machine at R 25 a cup. This is absolutely ridiculous, have never seen this before, and I travel a lot. No butter, instead you get margarine, unbelievable for a 4 star guesthouse. Presentation of the hot breakfast incredibly bad, Overall s bad experience to start the day with.

Everything was great. Friendly welcoming. Our bags were carried for us on both check in and out eveb though they were tiny and we could manage. Loved all the attention to detail with the small things like hair dryer, make up mirror, make up lamp. Good coffee in the room and delicious biscuits. We stayed in the Montego Bay room. The room had a full kitchen so would be great for a long stay. Really close to town and the mall. The most delicious breakfast was served in the morning. Great variety.

The bathroom was huge but there was no shower door and no bath tub. But the water pressure was great and water temp was great. So it was not too bad. The bed and the pillows could be softer. But linen was nice and soft.

Wonderful staff and a very warm welcome. Rooms were heated in advance due to the icy weather conditions. Very spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very secure and safe.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect and on point.

Lovely stay, just wish we got to take the front of desk helpers name that was on duty that night. He was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile for us, thank you sir, because of you we will return again 😉 the food was also lovely, fresh and homely.

The hospitality of the Receptionist was excellent and the kitchen staff was also good - peaceful location, very neat and comfortable beds

The bath towels need to be changed they are old and not soft anymore

Breakfast was hearty and delicious served by very warm and friendly staff. The location was reasonably near the Civic Theatre where the function we attended was held.

I would have expected proper filter coffee for breakfast and not the instant coffee on offer. After all, this is a 4 star establishment. no aircons in the room, the ceiling fan can’t cope on a hot day.

their rooms are clean , the beautiful indoors pool attracted me , the place is close highveld mall ,Witbank casino and witbank dam.

I would visit this place during cold season because it’s hot , they have aircons and fans in their rooms though.
