Our stay was truly unforgettable, and a significant part of that was the exceptional dining experience. From breakfast to dinner, the food was consistently delicious and beautifully presented. Chef Agreement is clearly a talented and dedicated chef. Her passion for cooking shines through in every dish, and her attention to detail is impeccable. We were particularly impressed by the creativity and flavor combinations in her dishes. The lodge itself was also very well-maintained. Our room was always clean and tidy upon our return, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The culinary experience alone is worth the visit

The lodge itself was comfortable, and well-located. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a frustrating administrative issue between Booking.com and the lodge. There was an error in the Booking.com system that resulted of incorrect price booked all inclusive but the system recorded full board, and the error on immediate payment which it booking.com system, could not be amended for either immediate payment or changing the boarding. This resulted in me losing a few thousand rand. While the lodge staff were friendly, neither Booking.com nor the lodge seemed particularly interested in resolving the situation. This lack of communication and effort to find a solution was very disappointing.

all good. breakfast on the second day was a bit disappointing with only 2 bowls of yoghurt left out for us. we had to ask for fruit ( told there was none ) and ask for juice then ask for glasses. no tomatoes or mushrooms for omelettes. not sure if the b team were on duty but a little disappointed for the money we paid.

The owners, the staff, the FANTASTIC Chef, the wonderful experience in the BOMA for supper. There are very few if any lodges that go above and beyond for their guests. I went for a few days with my daughter and we were fussed over constantly.

Great hospitality, food was great, made with love. The chef always interactive explaining how she prepared the food and is very passionate 😍. Samantha and her team were exceptionally great.

Steffi makes delicious food and the dining area setting is great. From the warm welcome by Colleen to the radiant smile of Mamsy, wow. Dominic made sure our stay was comfortable and was great engaging with him.

We loved everything, superb outing.

The Room and the Food are both equally as outstanding as the main building in the property. The place is minimal in terms of area and space however, it is all very well designed and cosy We are vegetarians and their chefs really went out of their way to research and create delicious menus for us. They incorporated 4-5 different cuisines across the days we were there. This is something we witnessed for the first time travelling globally. The manager Bruce is a very hospitable person and the owner, although not on the property at all times, was present when we were there and is someone who really appreciates ideas and suggestions. All in all, a beautiful place to visit.

They really spoilt us and we loved their warm smiles. Thank you so much for all (and for accommodating my gluten free dietry needs :))
