The staff at the front desk went out of their way to assist us, they even arranged take away breakfast for us when we had to leave early. They were super friendly. The restaurant staff was just as friendly and the food was amazing. We had a great stay overall.

There was only 1 bottle of water in the room upon arrival and 1 gown, whereas the booking was for 2 adults. The bed was super hard yhooo 🙆🙆🙆 There's no door in the bathroom, especially for the toilet.

The staff was very friendly, they arranged for us to get packed breakfast as we left the place very early for hospital. The food was lovey as well.

There is a room for improvements. there was no cutlery at my table. I feel like you are limiting us when it comes to bread, limit on the bread. 2 slices only. no variety of fruits. one portion of butter was frozen. i expected your staff to offer us hot beverages.

We enjoyed the homely atmosphere and the location was very convenient. Our needs were met and even when we had an issue with one of our rooms, the manager was able to provide an alternative room. So the staff were very pleasant and ensured we were comfortable.

There was unfortunately a problem with the aircon after a while as it started to blow hot air. However, the issue could be resolved easily and certainly before our next stay. So overall, it was a great experience. There is also little privacy due to the rooms having a frosted glass panel (only) between the bathroom and the bed. That was just a little different from the usual for us.

The rooms were very nice and modern, great customer service from staff. The dinner which was sea food macaroni, I'm inclined to believe that it was prepared by Gusto himself😉it was super devine,

Our aircorn in room 10 was not effective and the sliding door didn't open. Other than that I can recommend the accommodation.

Literally all the staff were so respectfully and friendly, on our arrival and during our stay. Breakfast was AMAZING and served on time 🙂 I also needed transport to the event I was attending and they made means to get me transportation.

There was no salon 😂 Spoke to one of the staff members, we agreed it is definitely a market to be explored. Honestly though I have no complaints and pointers, everything was great.

Booking was easy, the receptionist was very helpful, called, when we were running late to check if we were OK. Upon checking in, we went to check the restaurant on 3rd floor, it was very intimate, despite the vip roo. having been booked for a birthday party, we were accommodated and treated like royalty, the staff was amazing.

The breakfast was delicious

2 things note: - The bar fridge in our room was not cleaned as it was dirty inside -The shower water drainage was clogged as water kept coming up. Maintenance would need to be done on that.

Food Was nice

I could hear the noise in the SkyBar from my room, all the music played, the singing along, including what sounded like foot steps. Didnt get much sleep and woke up tired for the next day.
