The room was very nice and spacious, huge shower, clean room and bathroom Linen and towels very good quality The hot blanket was a really nice touch Staff helpful and friendly

Rubbish bins were not cleaned from previous guest - they had smoked and left butts and ash in the bin - caused the room to smell smokey - bathroom dustbin was also dirty Bedside lights were not plugged in and there was nowhere to plug these in either Rooms need serious sound proofing - could hear everything from the room next door - including when they showered Maybe do something to block light from passage

Eden Boutique was an oasis, impressively set against the background of other domestic and industrial properties. I don't think I've come across another property that is so clean, and this didn't stop staff from further cleaning. Decor is impressive, with finishing at the accommodation to a high standard, quality painting and tiling across all surfaces. The rooms were spacious, and comfortable beds and well functioning AC ensured a good night's sleep. There's ample parking with sufficient security measures and security conscious staff. This accommodation can only get better with the installation of a hot tub in its own designated area externally. The most refreshing and pleasing element was the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

The room was spacious and clean. Really love the fact that during loadshedding the security lights we lit in the room. This brought ease. This is a beautiful small hotel.

A suggestion: Please look into putting phones in the rooms. Sometimes our batteries are flat and it's loadshedding. With the lights on in the room I was confused whether or not it was loadshedding, as the plugs where not working. Needed to make the call to reception to find out that the issue was. Had to call using my cellphone. This was a business trip and maybe a loadshedding schedule update on the area would have been great so that I could best prepare myself. These are suggestions. My stay was lovely.

Almost new building, very clean and modern feel to the accommodation. Security gate. Friendly reception and housekeeping service. Good wi-fi. Good value for money. Breakfast was of a good standard, albeit with a limited menu.

Instant coffee at breakfast - with a plastic kettle that taints the water. There is no bar or restaurant (except the breakfast room). I was advised not to risk walking into the town centre, but fast food outlets deliver readily. Parking on the premises is a bit tight.

I loved the place, the staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly. The place was very spacious, and very clean. There's an open space on the premises with artificial grass and chairs so you don't always have to sit in your room. I highly recommend it

The rooms did not have an electric blanket which was not nice as Kokstad is very cold in winter. The aircon was not helping.

It is so clean and stylish. I love the interior of the place. It is bigger than what I thought, the rooms were cost but had space. The bathrooms were super clean and stunning.

The only downside is the noise in the morning. You can hear the traffic but it is not unbearable.

Loved how friendly the staff was, very clean and definitely comfortable. The place definitely exceeded my expectations, was easy to find on the gps. I was an hour earlier then my initial check-in time and they accommodated us with warmth.

I didn’t do enough research about the place, would’ve loved to utilize their nail bar services and spa.

Room was a good size and spacious bathroom. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Staff were very willing and available to help. Was very good to have a massage after a long day of driving, at the spa on site.

The neighbourhood dogs barked all night. It would have been nice to be able to get bottled water from the hotel.

because it’s a B&B-Hotel we missed a restaurant in the closer area (however that’s a minor aspect), otherwise everything was fine.
