We had a lovely time at Kruger Allo, albeit shorter than expected as we had to return home for a family emergency. Michelle and Bern were very accommodating and them and their staff put a lot of effort into making their guests feel welcome and providing them with a hearty and filling breakfast. We asked for our breakfast to go as we had a sunrise game drive and they accommodated us gracefully. The place is secure and safe with parking for your vehicle and there is a nice patio next to an interesting garden where you can have your supper. It's about 10 minutes out from the Crocodile Bridge gate so ideal for if you're going to be at the Kruger National Park. It's also not noisy, so very peaceful. One of my highlights was getting to play with their dog Bob. For the price you pay it is definitely value for money and you can tell the hosts truly care about making a difference for their guests. They even checked to see that we got back safely and it was such a treat to talk to them whilst we stayed on the property as they're very knowledgeable about the area.

We loved our stay here. You have everything you need - a clean room, a nice breakfast, good restaurants nearby and your hosts Michelle and Bern are the nicest people. We received a very warm welcome from Michelle and Bern - their three super cute dogs also greeted us straight away. We only stayed one night but we felt very comfortable from the beginning - it felt like staying with friends. Even as we were leaving Michelle offered that we can call her any time we needed help - without her help we would have been mugged on the way to the airport... there was a scam and she made some calls and we are so grateful. She really cares about the people who visit the B&B, even after they have left.

We liked the décor, the privacy [rooms are far apart] and the garden. Abby and Bob [the owner's dogs] made us feel safe.

We both are smokers. Since we do - sometimes - want to smoke outside on the room's Private Patio at night, we chose the Safari Room for that reason. However, the Security Beams are activated at 21:00 in the evening, which renders the Patio "out of bounds", voiding the entire reason why we chose that room in the first place. The owner should reconsider the positioning of the Security Beam Sensors, so the Private Patio can be accessed from the room at night.

Hosts are very warm & hospitable. The place was peaceful, much like the ‘Shalom’ sign at the site. A very nice touch was a welcome with my name on a chalk board & the host greeting me with my country flag. It’s the little ‘touches’ that always go a long way. Breakfast was delicious.

Parking is minimal, however, I was driving a large truck, so it was a little bit of a dance to get it situated. Not a big deal in the overall scheme.

Everything! From the moment we were greeted on arrival we loved our brief stay. The room was perfect, comfortable with plenty of warm bedding. Place to make coffee and hot chocolate in the room, lovely lounge and patio. Our host went the extra mile and made a great takeaway breakfast for our early departure. Excellent location for those crossing the Moz/SA border and for closeness to Kruger.

Our time there was too short to really enjoy everything!

THE DIRECTIONS TO THE GUEST HOUSE WAS ADEQUATE. WE WERE WELL RECEIVED AND WELL ACCOMODATED. HAD A MEETING IN NELSPRUIT THE FOLLOWING DAY AND THE HOSTESS ASSISTED IN PREPARING OUR BREAKFAST EARLIER. A real a home away from home feeling.

As we were traveling from Mozambique, passing the border is always an issue, so this day, it kept us at the border for over an hour, so our arrival time was delayed. but the hosts were accommodating, understanding our position.

The room was clean and cosy. We were well welcome by Michelle and Bern. The B&B is well located at 15 min drive from crocodile bridge of Kruger Park. It's located in a secure and quiet area. Michelle gave us lot of advices to pick the best restaurant for the evening and prepared for us a breakfast to go for a early start in Kruger park. It was a great experience and if I came back in Kruger, I will stop again at Kruger Allo B&B.

We had a great time staying at this family-run hotel. Host Michelle is very friendly and welcoming. She moved our family to an alternative location due to an issue in the room. The room is very clean and comfortable, with delicious breakfast served. One day we had to leave early for Mozambique, Michelle packed our breakfast to go,very heartwarming. The house is right next to Kruger National Park Crocodile Bridge gate, great location. Our alternative house is near a lot of Hippos, you can hear them all the time.

We stayed for an overnight stop on our way to the Kruger National Park. The hosts Michelle and Bern were great. Michelle prepared a well presented breakfast that was served on the patio. Kruger Allo is only 10 mins to KNP Crocodile bridge gate. This makes Kruger Allo a very good value option as a base to explore the southern areas of the park.

While the plumbing was in working order, its a little dated.

Michelle & Bernard are incredible hosts, kind and interesting people who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome & at home. Breakfast was great, the room was gorgeous and comfortable, big bathroom, beautiful backyard. A real gem near kruger that I feel lucky to have found. Would love an opportunity to stay again.
