Neat and very central.

Nr 1. It is non smoking but the people smoke outside and all the smoke come in your room. We closed the window but it did not help. When you walk in the passage you cannot breath with the smoke. Nr 2. You have to walk with all your luggage from your car (not in front of your room) and stairs.

On arrival the night manager on duty welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. The suite was clean, beautifully decorated with complimentary refreshments. The cleaning staff cleaned the suite daily. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in in over four decades.

The room was very nice. bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Bedding was of good quality.

The fact that you need to ask for the Wi-Fi password at reception and it was not part of the check in. The aircon was set on heater and the remote was missing, I had to switch it off on the aircon button with a stick because it was too high.

Clean and very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and thoughtful. They had our air-condition running upon our arrival on a hot day. Overall it was a very satisfying experience.

There was only 1 fridge in 1 of the 2 rooms booked. There was no view of a garden, but we also did not spend enough time in the room for it to negatively impact the room. Coffee station could be "upgraded."

I didn't take the breakfast. I did go through the menu at the restaurant, it seems ok to me. The location is very good. Very quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The distance between the guests rooms and reception is a bit far. Same applies to the restaurant.

The gardens and outer walls of the building could be neater. The little fridge in the room could not keep the ice from melting, especially during loadshedding.

Shower was n bit small....but still acceptable Aircon was nice but i cannot sleep with it so I would have liked a fan. BUT i did not ask for one🫣

Tranquility of the place. The staff is top notch! Always helpful and very professional. Very accommodating with everything. Actually still here because I extended my stay with no hassle at all for another 3 days.

Great place, all the little apartment stuff such as microwave, toaster, kettle. basically all the basic necessities that one needs to have a great stay ...

the swimming pool wasn't maintained at our arrival even though we stay for just a few days, the pool was dirty throughout. the cleaning machine seemed to be off.

Just to say a BIG thank you for an extremely pleasant stay. The food was delicious. Will definitely come again and maybe bring family along too.

We did not come prepared for washing dishes. So maybe a small amount of dishwashing liquid , plus cloth. Also there were no matches for the oil lamp. Especially with load shedding. At night, needing the bathroom, new place…….😬😃😂😂
