We were not there because I landed in hospital the night before we were supposed to go there. After we made arrangements with management and reports from the doctor we were refunded and that was much appreciated. I am looking forward to stay there next time. I appreciate the kindness of the management of Serengeti and will promote the kindness and humanity of Serengeti Self Catering units. Thank you very much!

We normally just sleep at Serengeti, but we ve been using Serengeti mainly when visiting Cape Province. It just beats all other stays. Ive been marketing Serengeti EVERYWHERE. Bellville is the area of choice. It just works!!!! We launch al the planned routes from here!!!

The place is nicely furnished and built.

Noisy nrighbours, up and down the building. All the pillows are stained, without protectors. No soap. 2 old towels in one bedroom. No drinking water. When flying in from far, there were never any places to purchase drinking water or purchase bath soap. Nr 90 main bed linen smelled used. Otherwise the place is very nice. Especially for a small family or contractors.

Best location, nearby shopping Center the Tiger Valley have all Shops for ones needs and the car wash. Less than an hour drive to Cape Town. It’s worth it to book at Serengeti Self Catering

Nothing really, the stay was accommodating

Located close to where we needed to be for our event. The apartment is in a secure complex and the host was super helpful.

The bed in the main bedroom was not comfortable.

The noise in the morning when the pool generator switched on outside the main bedroom window was horrendous. The dustbin had no cover to close so on day 3 the smell was terrible.

The apartment was clean with all the necessary amenities. The host is super helpful and quick to assist when needed. Excellent wi-fi and a bonus was the DSTV connection.

When other tenants don't park properly in their allocated spaces thus making it awkward for others to park

I liked the location was quite and very safe . Building is kind of modern and neat.

There is an ants problem , found lots of ants in kettle and blinds were broken.
