The service was excellent, went an extra mile to accommodate our needs. Amazing hosts, everyone was quick to respond to all our requests while on site. Frequently checking if we okay or need anything, following up on everything, that was awesome. The rooms were up to standard, clean, every item needed in kitchen for cooking was available, even real throwers on bed to keep warm while watching TV, even better than most 4 stars rated places I've been to Prior to arrival continuous communication much appreciated, best wishes to travel safely, the caring before we even got there from Kylin and onsite the owner & Steve curtesy so welcoming.

Perfect. Our room had lots of space- with everything you’d need for a self catering stay.

The room was lovely & clean with everything you need. I just think it would be more convenient to have a small bin in the kitchen area - a bit of a pain to keep going outside to dispose of rubbish - especially while prepping.

The place is decent, clean, and very peaceful but please stock up on toiletries (toilet paper to be exact) or inform your visitors to bring their own as it is very inconvenient to travel when you do not have your own car

Well positioned with easy access to highways. Rooms are big and comfortable

No outside seating. Some of the advertised equipment didnt work as expected. Staff was quick to resolve. The hot water system was also different and went cold a few times. Might be a good practice to inform guests of how the hot water system works and what can be expected.

The apartment was fully equipped with modern amenities, including a fully functional kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a spacious bathroom. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected

Cost and nice looking room.

Our stay was perfect and the neighborhood was beautiful . However the 1st taxi cab driver refused to take us from the airport to the property because he thought the area was sketchy. This being my first time in south Africa, I almost changed my lodging for the night. However when we arrived, it was the total opposite, the neighborhood was beautiful and the property as well

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The on-site parking was not the best for the long wheel base bakkie that I was driving. Was a bit tricky to maneuver the bakkie in the parking area.

Room was nice and cosy

For self catering at least have a mop nearby, this would be besides the house keeping. The Iron board in the I've stayed in needs to be replaced.

Very comfortable bed and lekker shower!

The electricity ran low twice and started beeping - was a little annoying. And not having a dustbin in the kitchen area was tricky as it was raining and the bin was outside. Should also be a mat inside the door to wipe our feet. The TV was inadequate - had to watch a movie on our phone.

The service is very excellent and the staff is very considerate. I really liked the quietness of the area.
