In my head, because I stayed at University of the Western Cape and knows Cape Town, I though the property was in Durbanville. That's the only thing I was initially disturbed by. Our stay was beautiful

The place is just amazing, everything was there I must say, the place is sportlessly clean nice and very quaet with friendly professional staff.

The beds could use some replacement, cost of replacement for lost items is extremely high, one wasn't advised of where he or she could obtain refreshments like food items, the mat in the room could use some replacement or washing may be

Everything was great, thank you. I know not everyone prefer a top sheet on their beds, but I cannot sleep without one. The duvet is too warm. I asked for one and the lady was very kind and did so.

The host was friendly and accommodating.Made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean, although there were guests that made a mess in the kitchen, she made sure everything was clean and tidy. She even made sure we knew the loadshedding schedule. Thank you Florence!!

Location central. Quiet area and friendly helpful host Florence. Spacious room.

Open bathroom and toilet next to bedroom.If someone use bathroom doing nr.2. Its smelly but if they close off bathroom and toilet it would be better.At night cockcroaches were seen in bedroom and kitchen in passage.Did report to host Florence.

There was an issue with double booking but it got resolved quickly. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The house is as advertised and clear. The location is near shopping centres and a bus station so that was also a 10. The owner also allowed us to extend our stay and made the transaction easy.

Since we are traveling a lot having a small Bathing soup and lotion in the room would be ideal

it was self catering and was happy with all the services they provided. the staff were very friendly and inform us regarding load shedding schedule every day. The environment was great, quite and secure. A great place to stay even as a family
