Deco was lovely. 2 bathrooms. Ver convenient . Had shops , restaurants in close proximity. The. Vouchers for the lovely coffee shop.

The cleanliness on arrival. Showers were not cleaned thoroughly for some time hence buildup of mold and mildew. When I reported the staff did clean but did not have appropriate brushes and cleaners to clean it. But over 2 days they did mange to remove it. Still it was unpleasant. There was dirty glasses and wine glasses in the cupboard. Some even had lipstick marks.. the patio and glass sliding doors were dirty. This was not good. More light needed at entrance at night. Where the elevators are the overwhelming smell off moth balls. The apartment does need maintenance . Detached handle of cupboard door and other things. Centre was lovely but the noise from the German bar was over the top. With that type of music and crowd it really needs to be located in a non-residential area.

The House: The house was well equipped and clean. It has a well equipped kitchen, living and dining, and clean bathroom and comfortable room. Location: The apartment is very secured with shops & restaurant downstairs and within walking distance to big supermarket. Parking: There is parking spots provided and it was well secured with security gates. Checking-In: Collecting of keys was handled professionally and it went smooth.

We had a good stay, nothing to complain. Just a suggestion: We had a bad experience with the next door rented neighbor that was making lots of noise and having a party, we reported to the security guards and the management. Both were very responsive and handled it well. But I'm suggesting that during the collecting keys, the management could have scan through the visitors and there are rules that after 9 the noise level should be kept at minimum, so the security guards should make a round to monitor and enforce that rule.

We stayed in Apartment 13 (3rd floor). A lovely, clean, spacious apartment in an upmarket neighbourhood, close to a myriad of shops, restaurants, malls and about 6 coffee shops within short walking distance. Durbanville's wine farms are really close. The South African loadshedding (electricity cuts) is not felt here, as the complex has a huge generator, which kicks in seamlessly. Great wifi. Powerful air-conditioner in the living and main bedroom. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the showers are excellent. On the ground floor of the complex is a coffee shop, hairdresser, health shop, lingerie shop, restaurants and other facilities. In is centrally located to a lot of amenities when visiting Cape Town.

Although there are 3 rooms only the main bedroom has air-conditioner (a strong fan in those rooms can help). It would have been lovely if there were bare basics to cook with like salt, pepper, a small bit of frying oil, as well as a washing machine and drying rack for clothes.

I loved the ease of communication! I had arrived late after work and they had made arrangements for me to collect the keys easily, I had a great time at the apartment, it was spacious and comfortable and perfectly located. The place was centrally located with lots of great places to eat nearby but not noisy at all. The fridge was stocked with milk, water and treats. Will def be back.

The door handle to the bathroom needs to be secured.

It was a sad day for us. My brother passed away and we needed place to stay as we were feom Middelburg Mpumalanga. I saw your add and decided to give it a go. Mainly because they live in Basson street and it is close by. I was surprised. It felt like moving into a new home. Wow! Home away from home. Thanks for the lovely feedback and service. We were truly surprised. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Location, Bianca and Matthews’ service, great access and parking, good Wifi, clean interior, lots og good coffee and tea, the complimentAry water and two breakfast vouchers we sadly were unable to use

For a group the single bathroom was small and not separate toilet; balcony was not cleaned and we could not use it; aircons were out of order and had to engage cleaning staff to fix it; for accommodation with a loft this was quite necesssary. It was fixed within an hour

It was exactly as shown in photos on the site It was central and in walking distance to anything you need to stock the grocery cupboard and fridge for your stay

The early morning noise from the surrounding pubs But nothing ridiculous and nothing to do with the HS but ALSO I did book the loft which directly overlooks these pubs so that was my own fault for not researching properly

Exactly as advertised, absolutely stunning place. Very cozy, and had everything we needed inside.. Including Air-conditioning and heating.. In a safe location and was not hard to find.. loads to do around the property as well if you are coming with family or friends. Overall 10/10...Thank you!!

The lifts were out of order, so we had a bit of a work out, going up the stairs... But it wasn't too bad

Location is great - close to shopping malls and restaurants... Also very safe, parking and security measures makes you feel safe.

Our apartment is located right above a bar that was a bit noisy the first 3 nights - luckily we are not that bothered, but other guest might find it to be a disturbance.

The property was beautiful, clean and we had such a lovely stay. The location was fantastic. 2min walking distance to Kaapstadt Brauhaus which was nice. The only thing missing was the toilet paper in both bathrooms. We did request toilet paper during our stay but never received it. No big deal though. We had a wonderful time.
