A very warm welcome on arrival, nothing was too much trouble. Free parking, the location is excellent within walking distance of shops/coffee shops and 5 mins walk from the main beach. We felt extremely safe during our stay.

Room was too bright in the morning, suggested black out blinds. Outside seating area for our room was too small.

A lovely braai and boma area outside that is so cosy. The unit we stayed in was clean and spacious, but incredibly hot in the middle of summer! Close walking distance to the beach and nearby shops. But it is not on the canals.

There were just far too many mosquitoes. Suggest bringing along mosquito repellant and perhaps the beds should be fitted with mosquito nets.

Location was great, with restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Felt like a safe place to be. The entry instructions were easy to follow. No hassles at all.

No AC, but had 1 fan, didn't cool the rooms. I would recommend a second fan or one thay oscillates.

The location is perfect, the host was friendly and accommodating, the facility was clean. They were always in contact with us as guests using whatsapp, checking whether we were comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. Summerhill is close to major tourist attractions.

It didnt have alternative power supply during loadshedding and it was humid and we were without a fan until power came on and were also not able to make breakfast due to loadshedding

Everything about this place is perfect. It had everything to make it homely. The clean rooms, the friendly staff. I mean everything. We arrived late than the expected time but we did not get any hassles with our check-in. Shavon is really sweet, she made our first visit in St. Francis Bay a perfect one. We are definitely coming back.

Communication with the owner was excellent, she provided all the information required, prior to us getting there. A stone throw away from restaurants and the Golf courses.
