GOODN APPRECIATED Staff members across are wellcoming. Environment n rooms very clean and well kept. The quietness is healing, especially during the sleeping hours. .Breakfast delicious and served with a smile.

CHALLENGES: The fact that there are no TV's in the bedroom. No Air-condition nor heaters for warmth, thou the rooms are so COLD. Since it's winter.. Communication with reception is challenging due to absent of telephone in the room. If u don't have airtime u get frustration especially in the evening/night.

This place is a very beautiful place to be with its beautiful natural view;the staff from the reception;restaurant and cleaners were welcoming and friendly. Magoebaskloof Mountain Lodge is amazing and it was not easy to leave the place...I wish I could spend other night there..... Thank you & Keep it up

What I did not like is that our cars parked in an open space;No shelter to cover them;so in case of Thunderstorms they might be damaged and in case of sunny time our car body colour might be burnt by the sun...the fortunate enough during my visit is; it was just raining well So I suggest maybe if they can install some shelters next to each house. Thank you

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great and the spa treatments were very nice.

Fresh air on the mountain surrounded with trees and lots of avocados. Staff is very friendly and caring. I enjoyed the spa, the hands I never experienced anywhere else.

The bounce of cars driving on the Main road nearby. I suggest breakfast to be improved and inclusive into the booking fee. Website booking deceiving, it did not I dictate whether it's an equipped self catering or just bed. Tea and coffee sachets sold separately.

Beautiful location - easy access directly on the main road. The room was beautifully furnished with a very large shower. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant which was very welcome at the end of a very long day of travelling - the food was excellent.

Breakfast is supposed to be served from 06h30 which was nice as we had to leave early, however the staff were late and the breakfast was served in a bit of a rush which was disappointing.

Friendly staff. Lovely, atmospheric setting. Comfortable beds. Spacious accommodation. Excellent food (my sister, who had visited the Lodge before), had told me that the vegetarian burger was the best she had ever tasted anywhere, and I was not disappointed. The breakfast was delicious too - mouthwatering omelette and a good range of items to choose from.

The TV worked fine, but it took some time to work out how to change the channels, as one couldn't use the remote control for this. Two of the very dilapidated bedside lights failed, one disintegrating and tripping the power. The staff were quick to restore the power, but the bedside lights couldn't be repaired at that time of the evening as it would have needed an electrician.

For the price I paid, this establishment offered magnificent views of Magoebaskloof valley. The place is easy to find and access. The views are magnificent. Great value for money. Food was great.

Since the establishment is located close to the main road between Polokwane and Tzaneen, it means you will be disturbed by noise from traffic on this main road including trucks driving up or down the passes and winding roads.

The location is very much beautiful and very quiet I liked that,and the food were exceptionally beyond my expectations,every was perfect for me and my partner.

I expected the jacuzzi to be there because I saw it on the advertisement in the internet.

The place was neat and the view was excellent.thank you for the heater in the room yoh it was cold and the heater came in very handy. Couldn't take a walk so I can say much about other areas but id love to come back for more exploration

The bedding..and I wish even those other shallys which is without breakfast and self catering should at least have a microwave..and the plastic chairs😲they break easily and it'll end up being on customers expense. But nonetheless I enjoyed my stay under unfavorable weather conditions

The view is wonderful, the pool is a very good add to the lodge, I like the fact that it was self catering but also that we can go to the restaurant if we want to.

They should have taxi from the lodge for the people that aren't coming with their own car so that can still travel around. My husband and I got a rash on our 2nd day of our stay due to the chemicals that they're using for cleaning the bedding.
