The neatness and quietness of the venue plus security for us and our cars. The receptionist Zakhe was very welcoming. The clean environment out side the parking area and the braai area was good 👍😊 The fresh smell of the room 🙂😀. In general the guest palace is beautiful 😍❤️

To get water in the bathroom for making tea is a no NO for me. The kettle didn't just stop boiling and I was forced to unplugged it everytime it boils. Bathroom too small. No shampoo and soap was provided only one day. The towels especially the small ones are worn-out you need to replace them.

The establishment was very easy to find and getting access to it was also a breeze. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Upon viewing the picture online I expected the rooms to be small yet I was pleasantly surprised at the size and spaciousness of the room when we arrived.

The place was at quite location. The place was easy to navigate. The place was safe.

What I did not like was the table was a bit dusty, the fridge was not cleaned .l was traveling with my wife but given two small towels and one big towel and no shower jell.

Which you to expand your business with that tranquility, I come that side for Vaal Marathon and I really like the quietness there.

There is no one at the gate to open for you, you need to call first for them to open for you and sometimes you can’t access them because of network

the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

the linen was not clean, floors especially under the beds were unclean, and unfortunately I am allergic to dustmites.

I booked a room for an overnight stay as I was attending an event close by and for the purpose of my needs of an overnight sleep it exceeded my expectations.

nothing really, I came to sleep and left in the morning so nothing to complain about

The property is very safe and clean ,however it a very difficult to get access hence there is no security at the gate ,might get hacked outside while awaiting to call the numbers displayed on the gate

They need to have cameras at the gate so that they can see their guests from outside the gate also for safety purposes.
