The pace is clean and well looked after. The afterhours staff very helpful and professional

No response to emails,sms and phone calls for inquiries in all listed cellphones which present an unprofessional approach that may scare potential customers. Had to travel 80 kilometres just to get a key and move back to my meeting place when a response on the calls made will have saved me time and petrol

I liked everything about the place,it was clean and the service was great. The stuff is so friendly,I would recommend it to anyone.

I didn’t like the fact that there came a group of people and made so much noise,going up and down,standing on our doors and making noise,and only switched off the music at around 3am-4am,we couldn’t barely sleep,but the policy stated that there’s no music after 10pm yet no one came to set the rules for them

The fact that the was no tea .just cheap coffe and creamer..i think the.mik should be fres mot.creamer.onlt. amd tea.

We booked two rooms only one room was kept for us. They end up giving us the room that was not up to standard we used a basin to bath. Tv was not working. Day day they gave us another room and the bedding was not clean and the tv not working again.

The staff is very friendly and attended to all my needs, I was writing an Exam the following day and needed a room secluded from the noise coming from the people next to the swimming pool. My request was attended to very quickly

Lack of kitchen utensils and pots. The bathroom of our room, the Rhino room, is very poorly designed - the door halves the room and there is no shower curtain.

Its exactly how you see it in the pictures, the ladies working there are too nice and very helpfull...we really enjoyed the peace and quiet...loved it Value for money

The lady by the gate looked irritated when we asked her to open the gate for us to go out...she isnt friendly at all...

The place and reception is good, the stuff is lovey And I would like to ask if there's any vacant place or position

There were no mats in our room Its cold in winter maybe a heater will be needed

In the morning people were playing loud music in their rooms while we were still sleeping, that’s the only thing I did not like

The bed is so comfortable and the room is so nice with cool temperature

We didn't get the passwords for the wifi connection after giving us the room they did not come and check if everything is in order
