My experience at Tranquil Shores was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, everything about this place was absolutely amazing – the apartment itself, the serene environment, top-notch facilities, and especially the exceptional hospitality of the host. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bedroom, a spacious living room, and a modern washroom that provided a true home-away-from-home feel. The attention to detail in every corner added to the comfort of the stay. What truly stood out was the host. She went above and beyond to make my trip memorable, providing valuable guidance about local attractions and must-visit spots. Her kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. A special mention to her honesty and promptness – I accidentally left another phone behind after checking out, and before I got too far, she called to ensure I could retrieve it. The tranquil surroundings perfectly matched the name – it’s an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend Tranquil Shores to anyone looking for a flawless stay. This is undoubtedly a must-visit place, and I’m already looking forward to returning!

It is a lovely establishment for a getaway for couples. Everything was very comtortable. Loved the views from the balcony and the garden. Appreciated that we could use the communal kitchen, lounge and braai area for the whole weekend. Loved our hosts for trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible and for accepting us, almost like family. I'll definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful weekend away.

It is in a residential area which means we had to limit our activities that could cause some form of noise. As a group, it was kind we felt a bit restricted in terms of chatting and laughing. But otherwise, everything was great and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful stay with great hospitality. The hosts are so welcoming and the view from the shared balcony at the front that can be used is wonderful, we even saw dolphins in the morning :) If our time wasn't restricted we would have loved to stay longer. Thanks again for everything Wilderness itself is a wonderful, piecefull village with great nature.

It's safe, comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. They made us feel at home the minute we arrived. It's literally our home away from home. They are amazing, they also have the most comfortable bed ever.

Location was lovely - very quick to town and restaurants as well as the beach and park / hiking trails. The WiFi was very good - I could make work video calls with ease, and there was no loadshedding (property is on solar power). The hosts were quite welcoming and the room was very clean and well stocked. They also had someone come in and tidy my room daily, which was a really nice touch.

From the photos, it seemed like there would be a view of the water from the rooms themselves, but the view shown is from the shared living area. Not a complaint, just something that surprised me. In addition, there are rooms upstairs and downstairs in the property, so if you don’t want to or can’t carry luggage up and down stairs, you might want to request a lower room.

Rate is fair for the wonderful location. Host was friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit below expectation (given the area and the location). Not the cleanest (but by no means dirty), older finishes and 3x cheap and crumpled niknaks chip packets (with no chocolates as advertised in the welcome book) was a bit out of place and surprising - but it may just have been a one-time thing?

Green Pastures is a home away from home. Actually better :-) My stay was tranquil, which fitted in perfectly with the surroundings. Nature, sea and close to a lovely gem, selena's beach restaurant, overlooking the serene Wilderness beach. We were greeted personally by our Hosts, who immediately made us feel at home. Our room lacked nothing. We were gifted with sweet treats and found the room to offer more than we expected. Everything we needed was in our room. My eldest son did not want to leave the room as he felt the peace was what he needed while I took my younger son to explore the surrounding beach. My stay was way too short, I would recommend at least 3 nights. I will definitely be back.

Gideon and his wife were amazing. They were friendly and accommodating with our check-in time. The sharing of places to visit and eat, really helped. I especially loved my early morning walk through the fisherman's trail close by, which led to a beautiful secluded stretch of beach.The welcome treats were also a pleasant surprise. We will definitely go backwards

The hosts were very welcoming and kind. They helped us with restaurant recommendations and hiking ideas. The room was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was also amazing. Would recommend staying here if you are in the area 😊

Great location and great hosts. Great recommendation about food options in the area and most importantly tips on how to be safe when visiting our destinations. Very comfortable set up ( one had own/ separate entry to the unit), very comfortable beds, great facility. Also a common space / terrace with amazing ocean view and most importantly very nice and knowledgeable hosts.
