Our suite was spacious, immaculately clean, and designed with floor-to-ceiling glass to fully capture the ocean’s beauty. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up with dolphins dancing in the surf was pure magic. The on-site restaurant offered a refined menu with fresh, locally inspired cuisine, and dining with that spectacular ocean view elevated every meal. I had a sea view room with balcony overlooking the beach. The view of the beach and shoreline is absolutely amazing, which including watching a pod the dolphins , swimming by one morning . The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice. The room was very quiet except for the natural relaxing noise of the waves from the beach, if you left the balcony door open. Breakfast and Dinner were delivered to my room, which suited me . The AC / heater worked very well. The staff were all very helpful. This hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this must be one of the best hotels in the Western Cape, possibly in South Africa . I will be back again in November.

The outdoor swimming pool was too small for me, but this did not detract from the overall view of the hotel.

The setting is the best part of this hotel - it's a 10 out of 10 with spectacular views of a magnificent oceanfront. The hotel itself is lovely but the prices are high, which is why I scored it neutral on value for money. We had an oceanview "suite" which was no larger than a typical hotel room. The food was good enough, not fantastic, but the breakfast included in the cost of the room was extremely generous and satisfying. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall the stay at the Views was amazing due to the extraordinary beach and the setting.

The rooftop pool deck is one of the finest amenities in the hotel however there was a chronic shortage of umbrellas and we often could not stay there because all the umbrellas were taken.

The sea facing room has extraordinary views and we were lucky enough to see dolphins swim past almost every day. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling. Coffee delivered to the room every morning is an absolute treat. We even got a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine when we checked in! The stay is extremely comfortable. We could very easily drive to hikes that were close to the hotel. The beach is very close by. Also try the seafood platter for two at the restaurant - it is just fantastic!

Have stayed many times before and always love it. Clean, luxurious linen, comfortable bed, good food and the exceptional views. Complimentary bottle of champagne, cheese etc. 5 stars allround

We had to wait at front desk for our welcoming drinks, but it took way too long. Eventually we asked to send the drinks to the room as we were wasting time sitting in the arrival area. The ambient lighting in the ceiling kept switching on from 2:30am onwards throughout the night. Apparently there was a problem with the inverter, but nothing was communicated to our room. We continuously got up through the night to switch off the lights that kept coming back on every couple of minutes, so we had very little sleep. Checked out early the next morning as we couldn’t sleep. Expensive stay for no sleep :-(

Everything was flawless. The room is spectacular, the views are out of this world and the food is just brilliant. Best food we had during our entire trip (and we only had breakfast xD). Also loved that we got welcome cocktails! What an amazing experience, would definitely visit again. P.S If you'd like to go out somewhere else for dinner and drinks, it's very difficult to get an Uber BUT reception was fantastic and gave us the details of the shuttle service they use.

So it's not anyone's fault but we got back to our room around 19:00 very hungover and ready to sleep. At about 21:00, the housekeeping lady knocked on the door. We were so tired we ignored the first knock, but then she knocked like 4 times saying "housekeeping!" and we had to wake up to answer. She just dropped off water bottles, some nougat and bath floor towels but we were really grumpy about it and hated that we were woken up for that xD. It's ironic to complain about excellent service and maybe if we weren't such early birds, we would've been awake and it wouldn't have been a problem AT ALL but that's the only thing that wasn't great :).

The property is ideally situated on a cliff that faces the ocean. Celebrated my birthday weekend here and the staff went out of their way to ensure it was memorable. From Ryan’s amazing hospitality to the outstanding food service from Azola and Jabu and Adrian’s attention to detail. Each day was more special than the next.

The only element that I would add would be a shuttle. As Ubers are very hard to come by and if you don’t hire a car, it is nearly impossible to be transported.

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was amazing and the food was delicious. Housekeeping was sweet and left us surprises for Easter (cookies and a teddy bear with a handwritten note). We will be staying again :)

We're only sad that we had to leave.

We chose Views as a stopover along the way to Plett for our anniversary/babymoon. We wished we had booked for longer to enjoy all the other amenities on offer. The check in process was superb. Staff were extremely friendly. The views from our room were truly stunning. At breakfast, we witnessed schools of dolphins swim by. What a spoil.
