Location by the beach and in proximity to many restaurants and shopping. The hotel was quiet, although not fully soundproof. Our room had a bathtub, which was loved by kids.

In the family room, the double bed was too narrow for two normal sized adults. Therefore, it was not convenient to sleep with a family of four. For three people, the room is perfect. The common toilet on the 1st floor was disgusting, but it is easy to avoid.

The bathroom looks like its been recently renovated but was poorly designed. No matter how you use the shower you end up wetting the entire bathroom. The glass provided is basically useless as it does not stop the water. A shower curtain is needed and the shower connection needs to be able to rotate downwards to stop from spraying the back wall and the floors. You also get a very strong drain smell in the bathroom which wasnt very nice. But other than that, was a great place to stay.

We went in mid-April, and the area around the hotel wasn't as busy as we had imagined, although it was a commercial area, it was quite peaceful. The hotel is located in front of a wide main street where there are strategic spots along it where residents and tourists take plenty of photos both day and night. The hotel is conveniently situated just a few steps away from the beach, street food, restaurants, bus stops (which go to many important tourist attractions), and it's also next to Olive Young, and relatively close to the station (a 10-minute walk), as well as other commercial areas (Daiso, Artbox, etc.). The hotel is well-organized, and our room was spacious enough for four people. The view was very nice as we could partially see the sea, although it gets quite windy on the balcony. Also, the staff who gave us the keys was very nice!!

The bathroom was also spacious, although there was no partition that completely separated the bathtub (where the shower is) from the rest of the bathroom (like in other hotels we stayed at in Korea), and the water that fell into the bathtub drained a bit slowly through the drain. One slight drawback is that due to the shampoo packaging, a large amount of shampoo would come out (perhaps we didn't handle it well), so by the second day, there was no more shampoo. Since we had brought some with us on the trip, it wasn't a problem.

The check-in was very fast, although a bit unconventional, as it was on the 2nd floor. The room had plenty of space for 3 adults and the A/C was very good. All in all it was quite comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the metro station.

Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Walking distance to Busan Haeundae beach. Alot of food around, near metro. Next to hotel is Olive Young for shoppers Recommended.

Walking distance to beach, partial sea view as stated, convenience store 2 doors down and a Subway for quick meal. It met all of our needs. Taxi reasonable to get across town. About 25 minutes to Magnate. ??Hotel helper make an "ARMY'S" dream!

Great Location. Rooms are a decent size, bathroom too. Having a full sized bath tub was a massive bonus. Bed was comfortable.

Car parking was the only real downside. First, the signage at street level to tell you this car park belong to the hotel is non existent. I just took a gamble and hoped I was correct. The ramp to get in and out is rather narrow but that isn't any reason to give a negative review, I'm just writing to give a warning to someone who has a larger/ family sized car. The point I most disliked that I had to pay for using the car park. I paid 10,000won for the day which isn't exactly bad, but being part of the hotel, the cost was quite unexpected.

I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to the receptionist at the hotel, who went above and beyond to please me, demonstrating incredible respect and courtesy. He was so polite and attentive that I even felt embarrassed to express any dissatisfaction. I know I wasn't particularly pleased with the hotel's standard simply because I usually stay in hotels of a higher standard. But, to their credit, the staff did everything they could to make my stay comfortable.

When I checked in, the room smelled so bad that I even went down to the reception and asked to change the room.

Our room was very warm when we arrived due to the large windows and direct sun. It took 36 hours for our room to get to a comfortable temperature and we had to keep our curtains closed. The street outside is also busy and you can hear music and street noise from your room, but this settles later in the evening. Lack of on-site laundry. There is a good 24 hour self-service laundry 2 blocks away under The Place 34 hotel on Gunam-ro 21 beon-gil.
