The location, friendly staff, big rooms, shower, cleanliness, firm comfy bed, big bath to soak in after walking all day. All this for a low price

Central heating: The room was a little too warm Pillows: I had to buy a pillow after the 2nd night Lights on the light switches: They illuminate the room. Had to cover them.

There were convenience stores really close by. It's very close to the Diamond Tower. It's also quite close to a subway line and a few very nice to visit places (Gamcheon Culture Village, Oryukdo Skywalk). Once the floor heating started working it got comfortable in the room. They had microwaves next to the reception in case you needed to heat up food. The bathroom had both a shower are and a bathtub with its own shower.

You were dependent on the hotel for heating and couldn't just turn it on when you needed it. The door to the shower was missing and even though the shower had its own drain the water would go to the rest of the bathroom and make everything wet there. I think the floor heating was messing with the mini fridge and was making it not work properly. It constantly dripped water and things didn't keep quite well inside it.

Very large room and very large bed. Withing walking distance from shopping areas, bus stops, metro, restaurants, convenience stores and markets. For those coming from subway, use the exit 7 from nampodong station and those with luggage, there is the lift at exit 5. It is better than from jungang station(it has a more uphill slope to walk from jungang station)

Elysee Hotel was fairly easy to access and the staff there were always friendly and approachable. The bathroom was incredible; the shower was hot and strong (perfect), and it had a bathtub too, which had an easy-to-use button to power the spa jets. The room was lovely and warm, as well as having an air conditioner to adjust the temperature if we so needed. Then floor was slightly heated and each day the room could be cleaned; which included complimentary bottles of water for the room's occupants.

Two small things. One, there were two hairs found on our first night. One in the bed and one in a packaged dressing gown in the room. The other thing was that the bath leaked when emptied, as did the shower when in use. Though they both ran into the drain in the centre of the bathroom, it just meant that the floor was wet for a wee while after use. However, neither of these things really detracted from our stay and we were still perfectly happy during our time there.

- Friendly, English speaking staff. When I arrived the guy on reception gave me a map of the area which he annotated with the best places to eat, sightsee, etc. - Good location. Very central in the city - Water, coffee, hair products, etc provided with the room - Room was very big, with seating, a table and Netflix on the TV

- Bathroom sink had a leak. Any water that went down the plughole came out the back. The bathroom was a wet room, so not a huge issue as the water drained away, but don’t think it was supposed to do that - Slightly worn down and a little grimey. Didn’t really bother me, but I don’t think I’d come here with a partner to be honest - Room was left unlocked after cleaning. South Korea is very safe, so wasn’t a huge problem, but would rather it had been locked while I was out

We slept very well, clean and good location.

They change the towels everyday even if you don´t want to. That is not ecological at all but is the same in almost all South Corea. The people who works is great, one young girl and a man but last day was a woman who doesn´t speak english (is not a problem because we use the app)she was very very unpleasant.

Rooms were large, spacious and clean with various window options, a card control system, air conditioning and a big cozy bed. My bathroom had a bath, shower and toilet with a bidet. All equally as clean and spacious. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, helpful and spoke English. My room was serviced everyday: I'd come back from an adventure to find a clean, freshly made bed, new soap/TP and even free water bottles in the fridge. The hotel itself is wonderful in every regard but the greastet thing about the Elysee is the location: It was so magical to be just a staircase away from Busan Tower and a hop and a skip from BIFF Square, Bosu Book Street, Bupyeong Kkangtong Market, Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street, the Busan Museum of Movies and the LOTTE Department Store Gwangbok; a mall home to the largest indoor water fountain. That as well as being a few minutes from Jung-Ang and Nampo stations and a less-than 10 minute train ride from Busan Station. Overall, Elysee was a huge contributing factor in making my time in Busan a magical experience and I would easily book again if I ever returned to Busan.

Some of the electronics had exposed wiring and could be replace and it'd be nice to have more clear English instructions for both the washing machine and dryer. Not biggies, just minor nitpicks.

Amazing find at this price point. The room was HUGE and so comfortable. Massive bathroom with full shower and bath. Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in early at 1pm. Wish we had longer at this great place!

Location wasn't super close to a lot of popular touristy spots (excepting Gamcheon culture village), so that's something to keep in mind if you are planning a lot of activities in the Haeundae area.

Really liked staying at Elysee Hotel, as it had everything we needed at a great price. Beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The room was a good size. WiFi was available, but we used our own. Private parking was available right outside reception and there was always space for our large car. The location was very good. Reception staff were nice.

The room was a tad dark with no view, but we knew this in advance. Lack of space to hang things up.
