The Superior Suite room offered plenty of space for a family of 4 adults. I love that there was a living area separate from the sleeping areas. There was plenty of storage to keep clothes, and enough space to store 4 medium and 3 small suitcases. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bunk beds had very good quality mattresses. Towels felt luxurious too. The hotel is centrally located. Plenty of shops and restaurants surround the hotel, and Nampo station is a few steps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

Very good location, very friendly staff, very big rooms which was super nice. Parking available right next to the hotel which is very convenient too.

I guess that depending on the orientation of the room, you will end up above a bar and depending on the crowd of the night, it can be loud. There are also some bright lights so if you are a light sleeper it could be an issue. No breakfast offered by the hotel but few cafes around that open very early.

It’s a small hotel but location is very good and condition is new. A Very good bakery and egg drop just 2-3 shops away. 3 min walking to the escalator leading to park. And 5 min walking to the Nampo station , accessible via lift. 10 min walk to Jalgachi Market. Recommended Jacky’s Seafood (2nd level, stall 8) Very friendly and English speaking Korean boss. His seafood hot pot is very good.

The location is perfect for shopping. The facility is new and tidy. The bathrooms of family room are super nice , big and comfortable, the 2 of them are with bidet toilet. Although it’s in downtown, the neighborhood is quiet. There’s 24 hrs receptionist which you never have to worry about anything. I highly recommend family to book G27.

We booked a family room - it had a double and a queen - I think. Bonus was the walk in robe and lounge area that also had a second toilet. The bedroom floor is heated, however the lounge area didn't seem to be heated.

The lounge room could have had a divan bed so the youngest teenager could have slept in his own area and watch TV late. The floor wasn't heated.

Property is spacious for family of 4. Location right on Gwangbok-ro, very good location, 1 minute walk to subway entrance and right on walking street.

Property doesn’t provide iron (was told due safety issue), but front desk manager was very helpful (he borrowed an iron and board from a friend for us)

It's perfect . It's actually the first time I've traveled to Busan properly in Korea, and this hotel made my time perfect. It's close to Yongdusan Park and almost right in front of Nampo Station, the friendly staff, the new interior, the cared tea, beds and blankets, all of which made this trip perfect. there are also so many usb charge port. anywhere! it is very useful thing to me. Thank you.

The property is new and clean. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I am so thankful of the 2 guys at the front desk as they helped me throughout my food poisoning incident. They even arranged hospital pick up, sent me extra blanket and salt drinks. So thankful for their help.

Fantastic location, very clean and spacious with stylish decor, great for a family as lots of room. Close to transport, great shopping district and lots of food options.

Pretty bright and noisy at night time so bring an eye mask and ear plugs for a good night’s sleep.
