It’s new! Near subway, shopping and fish market. Has separate bath and shower. Windows. TV had various languages. Helpful staff. Quiet.great pillows.

Clean spacious rooms with everything you could need provided. Powerful airconditioning in the rooms for the summer heat. Very central location at one end of a major shopping street with a night market nearby and a huge selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Helpful staff who showed us to our rooms - they even discovered we had left something behind in the room and kept it for us until we came back 2 hours later to pick it up.

Luggage storage and laundry requires a small fee but that’s a minor detail.

Location was great as only 2 stops from Busan Station and short walking distance from nearest subway stop. Lots of excellent food and beverage options nearby. The young male reception staff who checked us in on our day of arrival was courteous and also brought us to our room to give brief explanation of the facilities. Daily replenishment of bottled drinking water.

Daily housekeeping could be improved as noticed that they don't seem to vacuum the floors thoroughly. Slight smell in the bathroom but couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. Bath tub was pretty slippery when wet due to the curved sides, so exercise caution. While there were on-site laundry facilities, the opening hours are too limited.

Super comfortable to stay in. There are 2 toilets, one with rain shower and other with a bathtub. Big living room and the beds are super comfortable. The location is great, right out from the hotel there is the shopping street leading to BIFF. The food street runs parallel to the shopping street. Lotte departmental store and lotte mart is just across the road. Train station is super near too and there is an underground shopping street leading to gukje market. Start of the Jalgachi market is also a 10mins walk (whole stretch of shops, but it is nearer to the dried seafood shops, if you are looking for food stalls it would be another 15mins walk). Staff service is excellent! They showed up beyond their front desk hours to allow me to check in. Also the requests which I have made were all promptly attended to.

The front desk was open prior to check in time and we were provided access to our room early (about 1 pm). We stayed on an upper floor to avoid any loud street noise at night. The room was VERY spacious and clean. The hotel is modern and conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. There is a nice cafe on the street level but it does not open until late morning for breakfast or coffee. We accidentally left an item in the room after check out. By the time our taxi (en route to the airport) circled back to the hotel, a staff person had already discovered it and had it waiting at the front desk.

Unfortunately, there was no outside view (except to an adjacent building). While the weather was warm, we opted not to use the air conditioner and opened the windows for fresh air at night, however, there are no screens so we did get bitten by mosquitos. Adding window screen would be nice!

We chose Hotel Ground 27 for its location and the family suite. It turned out to be an excellent choice for our visit to Busan. The central location was really very convenient, close to the train station, shopping and markets, and some sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable. We also used the washing facilities to our satisfaction. Furthermore, their cafe on the ground floor is nice, though it wasn't open during breakfast hours, which isn't a problem as there are plenty of other places in the area. I would certainly return to Hotel Ground 27 without hesitation.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very impressed by the size of our rooms. Perfect for a family of 4 as there was a lounge area, separate toilet, walk in wardrobe, large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Staff were helpful and accomodating. Located in Nampo-dong in close proximity to public transportation; both bus and trains (Nampo Station). Walking distance to BIFF Square, Jalgalchi Market and surrounds.

Noticeable noise from bars below. Unfortunately, being a corner room, the light filtered through at night from the bars and restaurants below.

The Superior Suite room offered plenty of space for a family of 4 adults. I love that there was a living area separate from the sleeping areas. There was plenty of storage to keep clothes, and enough space to store 4 medium and 3 small suitcases. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bunk beds had very good quality mattresses. Towels felt luxurious too. The hotel is centrally located. Plenty of shops and restaurants surround the hotel, and Nampo station is a few steps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

Lack of basic amenities like lotion, shower caps and vanity kits. No flat iron and board.

The room was extremely spacious and looked very new and fancy. There was a long seating along the side of the room which made it easy to place our luggage on, a lot of charging ports around the room, and the bathroom was also very nice. The location too made it super convenient to shop and eat late at night! (laundry mat)

There was no breakfast area, this was not an issue for us when traveling but just keep in mind there is a cafe underneath but I am not too sure on the opening times.

The location of the hotel is close to the metro station. There are lots of shops close by the hotel but it is not noisy. The hotel room is spacious and quiet. The mattress is suitable for us.

We found some hair on the floor after we checked in. We requested for making up room almost every day but the pillow cases, mattress cover and the bed sheet were never changed during our 5-day trip. The cleaningness of the room needs more attention.
