It was a very affordable, comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Overall great value for money.

One particular female employee we dealt with at check in was rude and had a horrible attitude. Was not impressed with her overall demeanour and lack of customer service.

Easy check-in procedure. Staff is really nice and helpful. Being able to do your laundry is a big plus, my clothes were clean and dry in one evening. Location is really nice, it’s close to the Jagalchi fish market and the Busan train station, and about an hour by subway or bus to Haeundae Beach. It’s also only a few meters away from Exit 1 for the Nampo subway station, so if it’s raining, you can walk almost entirely underground to the Lotte mall on the corner, do some shopping and eat dinner, and go back, without having to walk in the rain. It’s also very close to harbor, and especially when the wind is coming from the sea, there is a pleasant salty sea smell in the air.

The elevator was quite noisy, and my room was close to the elevator, so that could be annoying late at night / early in the morning. Breakfast could get busy, as the lounge area isn’t very big, so you have to pick the right moment to eat. The shower spluttered occasionally, and the metal loops around the shower cord also slipped down a lot. Overall, only minor things, and my stay was very comfortable.

Clean facility, location (near Jagalchi market, BIFF, Nampo subway), near food places, washing machine, the beds (but I like firm mattress. If you're used to cloud mattresses, this is most definitely not that)

While there is free breakfast you will have to cook it yourself and do your own dishes, the kitchen is also extremely narrow, the washing machine is tucked away in the said kitchen so if you have to do laundry during breakfast be prepared to wait for people to finish cooking, there's a panel outside of the rooms that say "key in" meaning someone is in the room. It only lit up if you put your key in the slot in the room. I felt a little weird that people would be able to know if I'm in or not.

Clean, Comfortable Room. Nice double bed. Clean, private bathroom. Plentiful hot water and towels. Room has AC/Heating. Friendly staff, luggage storage before and after check-in/out. Great view from the reception area over the harbour. Very close to Nampo Station, which is on the same line as Busan Train Station and Seomyeon. Very close to Busan Tower/Yongdusan Park, which is a nice area. Just down and across the road from Jagalchi Fish Market too.

Although the room has AC, there isn't much air flow/ventilation as you cant open the windows (understandably for safety reasons, it is on the 10th floor)

Cheap and cheerful - and clean! Room was small but if you’re in Busan, you shouldn’t be spending much time in your room anyway. Clean and comfortable bed. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in large tubs. Body length mirror in the room. Beautiful common area with amazing views of the sea. Common kitchen area was clean. They allowed me to leave my bag there before / after check in. The bags are kept in the common area where there is CCTV but it isn’t a private locked area.

Only one pair of shower shoes that were tiny (I’m a woman) it would be nice to have more than one pair and at least one larger pair.

Location was good. No frill kind. Staffs are generally friendly and there is a very good Korean bbq restaurant just downstairs that serve excellent meat. Walking distance to the shopping area.

A distance to Haeundae. Hated the shower at the hotel room. The bathroom was freezing cold in winter. So if you need to poop, wear your jacket or warm up the toilet by keeping the door opened to allow warm air from the room heater to fill up the toilet. The shower is attached to the tap, need to hold the shower head when you shower. Breakfast is self-cooked, wash up your own cutlery and plates kind.

The location is a few walks from the subway and the bus station so it was very convenient. For the price, the room was okay, nothing fancy, but it was comfortable and the nightview was spectacular. Mornings were fun because we cook our own breakfast alongside other nationalities, you have to get up early else the area gets really packed. The staff were nice, especially the girl during nightshift, she smiles often and was really helpful.

The airconditioning in room 901 was a bit weak especiially during midday, maybe that's why they provided an electricfan, not sure about the other rooms.

It is very near nampo metro station exit 1 (lift) and near to the BIFF shopping districts and value for money. They provide free breakfast and laundry. Dryer was spoilt but they lend me a drying rack to air my laundry in the room - took about 2 days to dry. No issue as i was staying for 5 days. The room was good for myself, two pax might be squeezy

Breakfast area was a bit squeezy when trying to get to the washing machine with the washing sink nearby. Everything was good.

Location of the property was perfect. Was just a minute walk from the subway. And there's an elevator :) The room was also good. It was not cramped. Bed was comfortable. Wifi works and was fast!! Free to use the washing machine but they have no dryer so they will lend you instead the drying rack for you to place in the room. The bathroom was clean although it was not that spacious, so you have to be careful when showering so that it doesn't spill outside the door. There is free water, not only on the kitchen/reception, but also on each floor. (They cover 7-10th floors. Kitchen/Reception was on the 10th floor). And there's a free simple breakfast with bread and strawberry jam/butter, coffee or juice, cereals with milk. I saw some eggs too but not sure if that's included in the free breakfast. Breakfast is from 8:00-10:30am. And then use of the kitchen and reception is up til 10:00pm. Staff was really nice and helpful! Thanks!

There's a specific time for breakfast, but I think coffee is always available so you can come down a bit earlier to avoid the crowds. There's a simple breakfast of boiled eggs, cereals, and toasted bread, but you can also fry your own eggs. You wash your own dishes.

The 10th floor where the dining room and reception are located can get a bit crowded during breakfast rush. But a little patience and understanding, or simply going there earlier or later, and you can avoid being elbow to elbow with other guests.
