No bidet and you have to put used tissue in yhe bin. Drain gets clogged if flushed. Disgusting.

Good location and comfortable room!

The lifts were too slow coming! No service elevator therefore staff used for transfers of bedding and towels tied up the lifts! Breakfast was nothing like advertised in lift on promotion poster! It had poor quality and nothing good for western style breakfast! A big let down they need to rethink menu considering the price charged! No suitable clothes washing facilities!

Griffinbay Hotel has the best location — everything is walkable, which made exploring the city super easy and fun. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. We were even upgraded to a suite on the 19th floor, which made the stay extra special! There’s a 7/11 right on the entrance floor, which was incredibly convenient. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and spoke English well — which we really appreciated. Overall, a great and comfortable stay. Would definitely come back next time we're in Busan!

The room has a double bed, a small table with chair (that we found very convenient when we had our morning breakfasts), another desh with a mirror, a TV and a small bathroom with an open shower (like the typical korean bathroom). It was overall quite clean and it had all the necessary things or products like shampoo, conditioner (which by the way, were great for our hair haha) soap, towels, hairdryer and coffee/tea maker. Our room had a good view and the location was great, just 1 or 2 minutes from Jalgachi Market and the shopping area.

The room was a little less spacious than what we expected (seeing from the pictures), but it wasn't a great deal for us. And maybe the towels were also a little small, but again we managed it by using our own extra towels that we brought from home.

Location is absolutely brilliant. Two minutes walk to Jagalchi market, 5 minutes to BIFF square and Nampo metro station. Rooms are clean and decent. Getting clean towels and free bottle of waters each day.

Hotel is rated 4-star on Booking.com and other booking sites but is actually a two star tourist hotel according to their own billboard. I would say its near 3-star and the location makes up for the 4th star. You have to select at checkin whether you would like to have room cleaning every day, or not at all, which is weird. We stayed 4 nights and asked for one cleaning day. No one showed up unfortunately.

Lovely location near the shopping area and with coastal views (higher floors). I travelled with three teens so had booked the top level family suite and it was very spacious and views were great too. The room has just been renovated and has a kitchen (note no plates, cutlery etc) and a table/seating also. Shower had great pressure, there are big bottles of lovely shampoo , conditioner etc. We tried the breakfast also, mostly Korean just like the reception informed but also some fruit, cereal, toast, eggs and sausages. The use of washing machine and dryer was also free.

The kitchen should have some plates and cutlery at least. The room is also missing a safe. We couldn´t figure how to turn off the sensor light by entrance door so it went on often when someone approached the toilet at night time .

The location is excellent! The Jagalchi Market is 3 minutes away, and other markets and shopping streets are a short walk away. There are many good restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself is clean and the staff is very friendly!

There are a few things that are a little far away to get to without taking the bus, but this can be easily solved by downloading the k.ride app and taking a taxi. Taxis in Busan are affordable and convenient, and available 24/7 (as far as I know!)

- New towels and water bottles (in a bag in front of the door) even if you didn't want daily room service - Staff was friendly and helpful - the location is great, you can get everywhere easily by bus and subway

- The elevator took a really long time to arrive at our floor but that is not the fault of the hotel. - Breakfast staff was a bit confused when we said that we had paid for breakfast in advance and had no coupons but this was immediately clarified and was only a problem on the first day.

It’s in the city centre. connectivity is good. lots of restaurants close by. staff are helpful and professional. Easy access to 7/11, starbucks, shopping malls etc

personally i would prefer other hotels with more amenities such as wardrobes, laundry service etc. there is no vanity mirror or full length mirror. we got a desk with mirror but there was no light close to it. the restaurant also is in the basement. food was ok but the vibe was not my type.

room view was amazing! port view for us! breakfast was superb! It was k-breakfast and i enjoyed it! hot rice to dishes to soups. Location was best! Jalgachi market was right behind, and nampo dong is right across the street! Perfect to bring elderly parents there! Lots and lots of eateries nearby, and please visit jokbal street if you love to eat pig's trotters, whole street @ nampo-dong and if you come by KTX, nampo station is just 2 stops away from Busan Station. If you are here with small carrier, u can come up exit 2 (escalator) but if big luggages, u can come up from exit 4 (elevator)

the rooms are abit small for 3 pax room. we cant open our luggage or walk as freely, but other than that all is good.
