This hotel is really close to the subway station exit, has the street market, many food options, and other tourist attractions close by. It's central, very clean and we got an awesome view towards the water. Our room was a double and a single bed- rooms were spacious in korean standards, and had a modern look. The staff were really nice, could speak some English and the reception area (3F) is presented well. I liked everything about this place except for how FIRM the beds were. I spend most of my travel time exploring, and look for a comfy hotel, that is clean, has good room facilities and a comfy bed (am not too fused about hotel facilities such as a pool, gym etc).

The beds were a decent size, however, VERY FIRM. If you like western, comfy soft bedding, you may have difficulty sleeping- this probably isn't the place for you. It's a 3 star, so no frills- you will have to pay for extra amenities such as toothbrushes etc. There is also a washing machine in the room, however, you can't use it for some reason ( has a sign, 'no washer'.) Also, the English name 'Cotice The Bridge' is different to the hotels name Naver Maps (Korean google maps) name. It's called 'Cotice The Ground' on the building, and 'Kotiseu the Bridge' on Naver maps- address- 99 Nampo-dong 6(yuk)-ga Jung-gu Busan.

Cotice the Bridge is in an extremely central location (Jalgalchi market, BIFF Square, Nampo-dong,etc.); everything is walkable! The room was clean, the views in the cheap room nonetheless quite nice (I believe they have options for a more expensive room with sea / city views).

The staff were very forbearing when my keycard seemed not to work (in fact, it is simply a case of placing your key card in a VERY specific location on the door lock). No tea or coffee options in the room, unfortunately. I stayed a couple of nights, and would have liked the room to be made up for the 2nd day. I traveled with my car; parking is a HASSLE (and costs an extra W15,000 per day): be aware of this!

New hotel, very cool design, water bar in the room, breakfast with great variety, really nice staff, nice guy on reception with great English and very friendly attitude, made our first day in Busan a bit warmer with his welcoming atmosphere

After breakfast all the clothes with smell of fried food, no option to use stove and washing machine in the room just because we have a short stay in the hotel even if we are ready to pay extra, no translation for in the room facilities like water bar or air conditioner or any other notes - only in Korean, the neighborhood is local, smell from the market when you leaving the building but there is a note about this from the hotel with excuses 🥹

Very good location, 100 m from the metro station, with a big market and plenty of commercial streets nearby. Good and convenient street food all around. Very clean room, with free filtered water dispenser. AC and WiFi Internet worked very well. Comfortable beds, modern bathroom. Very helpful staff (I forgot a piece of garment when changing the room, I noticed the staff who returned it to me as soon as possible, even if the room was already taken by somebody else).

Breakfast could be improved. For an European, there was plenty of food, but not much to eat. A small investment in a safe deposit box would help (in order to avoid carrying your passport and money with you all the time).

Exceeded our expectations with the hotel design and rooms. We had a lovely view of the cultural village and sunset from our room. The hotel rooms are studio apartments, so they come with a water filter and huge built-in fridge & separate freezer. Long term guests even have access to their own laundry machine and induction stovetop directly in their room. Very modern & chic design all throughout! Location was great near the subway, bus stations, BIFF squre, and Jagalchi market.

Facility is exceptionally clean and the price for the room was very reasonable. Staff is helpful and friendly and breakfast is much than we expected. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. We will certainly stay here again in future trips to Busan. My wife and I are extrwmely pleased with our stay.

If you like the closeness of the street markets, this hotel hits the target. It is little too close to the market but this is not a complaint. We still like the location tho.

Clean and big room on the high floor of the building near famous fish market and on the shopping and food streets. Also it’s just a few steps away from the metro entrance. Nice view from the window on the fishing docks. Good breakfast, but not great.

It was hard to find the entrance and hotel reception upon arrival. It is prohibited to open window (no chance to make good photos, especially at night). Breakfast could be better: coffee, sandwiches and some other food can be improved.

I think this place was designed as an apartment complex. My room has two beds, a private bathroom, and an entire kitchen with washer, BUT no cooking or washing allowed. No problem, it's a great value with incredible views from the upper floors.

Getting in is awkward. From the street (more like an alley) signage is for Cotice the GROUND. Then you walk into a nondescript (often stinky) parking spot, then into the elevator. The Lobby is on the 3rd floor. From there, you're happy to be "home."

I like the ondol feature but the room can get too warm overnight.

The cabinet doors above the toilet is a hazard. I knocked my head once when it was left open. Insufficient instructions provided by the staff upon check in. We didn't know that the black bags in the room were additional futon, blankets and pillow for our use as it was placed in the pantry area as if to block us from using it. Futon was too thin.

Very good location hotel. Towels are changed, but there is no cleaning at all. Breakfast is delicious, but for Europeans, the breakfast is monotonous for those who do not eat soup and other Korean dishes, it is the same every day. (scrambled eggs) Transportation is excellent in all directions, the KTX station is 15 minutes by metro.
