The communication with the staff of the property was fast and it was very close to busy area, supermarkets and metro. We had 2 “issues” with the room and within 10 minutes there were 2 staff people fixing it. The view of our rooms was amazing! And you can’t hear any noise at all, very soundproofed.
There is no lobby, so everything works with email instructions. The lighting in the room is very bad, specially above the sink when you need to do your hair/makeup. Uncomfortable that the toilet is literally in the shower; so when you take a shower everything is wet. I didn’t manage to make work the modern toilet so I used it in the traditional way 🤣 this property is not close at all to the beach, but to the harbor and fish market

Very Nice studio, well decorated, contemporary Urban style, everything I like. Very Good bed and bed linen; the place was very clean.Nice to have a laundry machine and a kitchenette. Perfect location BIFF district is very lively, with a lot of street food stalls. Jagalchi fish Market just the other side of the street and a lot of city buses stops are just in front. We loved the studio and warmly recommend it.
WiFi in studio 805 didn’t work the whole week: we had to grab network from the other rooms and it was really inconvenient. The garbage system is to be revised: small rubbish bins and we have to keep the garbage inside the room ( which is not huge) . Please put accessible selective garbage bins in a common space in order to allow the customer to get rid of it easily. We had to pay for 2 hours earlier check in, after 22 hours trip, which I found abusive , when you spend a week in the location

Fantastic location near metro, markets, shopping and street food. Busan station is not far away either. Great to have a washing machine. The accomodation is unstaffed but this was no issue as clear and friendly instructions are sent via email.
Room is quite bright at night, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask to help sleep. We were there for 4 nights and room didn’t get serviced the whole time so floor was dirty by the time we left and the small rubbish bins very full.

Mobile check-in was a very smooth process. The studio apartment-style room (with full-size fridge-freezer) was very comfortable and had the feeling of 'home away from home'. There is no daily housekeeping - which I liked because I usually have to put out the DND sign in other hotels. The room has excellent lighting with individual switches for easy control of brightness. Hotel location between two subway stations (both within easy walking distance) and close by to numerous shopping and dining options is very convenient.
There is no on-site Reception Desk. The hotel operates a Remote Reception, which can be contacted by email or phone. While this is not my favourite option, the one time that I had a problem, the Remote Reception responded to my email straight away and the issue was resolved very quickly.

Location was amazing, it was basically between Jagalchi market and BIFF Square (which is also next to Bupyeong Kkangtong Market, Gukje Market, and, Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street) - all within walking distance. We were also close to Jagalchi station. Bathroom and living quarters was beautiful and clean. Soundproofing was better than expected (only could hear other doors closing - could not hear within other rooms). Entry system was simple and easy; we were able to get our room early with an extra fee when we arrived.
Room was a tiny bit smaller than expected (though, we did expect it to be small) but for it's location; it's a good sacrifice (I had an extra large suitcase 🥲 that could just *almost* fit at the foot of the bed). We had two large suitcases and two carry-ons which made it feel smaller (multi-city travel during winter; didn't expect cheap but good-looking fashion markets there, and we shouldn't have packed so much winter clothing). The bathroom did not have a secluded shower, but considering the cleanliness of the hotel, it wasn't an issue. Only other downside was the light position for the sink behind the entry door. When using it to wash-up in the morning/night, our heads blocked the light from our faces (just a bit annoying). Otherwise, everything was great!

The location is great, in the middle of Nappo area, and the prize is imbatible. Please, bear in mind the side of the room - it was ok for us with two backpacks, but a couple with several luggages (and big ones) may struggle. Self Check-in instructions are clear and are made available via email the day that you arrive. It's not possible to check-in before 16.00, but they have a luggage storage area where you can leave your luggage before and after the check-in. Definitely, it's the area to be, the beach zone is nice, but the local atmosphere in the evening of this neighborhood cannot be compared with any other location in Busan.
They should provide clear instructions how things work - washing machine, air conditioning, etc. It's not easy to understand, plus in our room (704) the air conditioning stopped working the second day. Luckily for us it was not very hot - but definitely instructions of how switch on/off and lake things working should be provided. There was some dust - so a deep cleaning is recommended.

It has all the necessities, the fridge is huge and plus point for the washing machine
There’s no reception and almost everything is self service including the storage of luggage. The staff is available when you request for assistance but I just find it a bit hassle to use the QR code to log in to chat and wait to request for assistance and wish this could be made simpler as not everyone is tech savvy especially for the elderly and maybe some with certain disability. I thought a phone could stil be the best choice and faster to get the assistance or information needed. As for luggage storage I was a bit worried as there was no staff manning though there was cctv installed I just find it could be better to have staff manning it or perhaps individual locker for better security features.

The rooms match the photos, and as a solo traveler I had more than enough space in my room. It was extremely quiet in my room with the window closed, though I think I went during a low travel period for Busan so there weren’t many people staying there. The price was extremely good when I booked, so for the cost this was a very great stay. I appreciated the washing machine and detergent provided, and from the 15th floor the views were good from every window (though I would say with the buildings across the street, it doesn’t seem necessary to pay extra for the harbor view. The view was nice from the hallway window out the back of the building, too.) I was able to leave my luggage on the last day and felt safe throughout my stay (but Korea is very safe overall for a solo traveler). It’s close to Busan Tower and a quick travel tip is that there are cats that hang out at the base of the tower, and there’s beer and coffee there that you can enjoy on terraces and watch the sunset. I didn’t go till the last hours of my trip and regretted not going sooner, especially so close to the hotel!
I couldn’t figure out the air conditioning despite using google translate and looking up a user guide. It would turn itself off after a short time even though it was warm in the room, so I kept having to turn it off and turn it back on throughout the night. There’s quite a bit of street noise with the window open. And it wasn’t an issue for me because I’m just one person and washed a small amount of clothes, but you have to get creative with hanging it up to dry around the room. And Nampo has lots to do/eat/shop but I personally ended up not preferring the neighborhood and could have stayed closer to Busan Station for convenience and the food and cafe options over there.

The room was sufficient and there were enough space to put 2 luggage. There was also a table in our room where we can sit down and do some work. There was washing machine in the room but there were not enough hanger to hang the clothes so do bring extra foldable hangers to aid in that. There were also limited place to hang wash clothes so one must plan where and how much laundry to do. Anyways, the location was amazing and near to many areas of interest and biff square!

Extremely clean, a very large fridge (as you rarely find) although quite useless, I would have preferred a wardrobe. There is no reception. Everything is coded and communication is done through messages. Everything worked great. There is a special space to store your luggage before check-in and you can leave it there at check-out. This was very useful. There is also a cafe within the building, which for us was a plus. The area is highly trafficked; however, it wasn't noisy at all, which means it's very well insulated.
The mirror and sink were in the hall. That was ok. But where there is a mirror, you don't put an incandescent light bulb that goes out frequently. Being women, we used that space quite a bit and it was annoying that the light kept going out. If we had to stay there for a week it wouldn't have been very comfortable as the space is extremely small for two people. There are only 4 coat hangers hanging on a rod in the room. There was no closet to store your clothes.
