The twin room with ocean view provided a wonderful view over Jagalchi Fish Market and looking across to Namhang Bridge, both of which are lit up at night. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent lighting. I love the hard wood floors and the sitting area at the window. Clean and comfortable, and conveniently located between Nampo and Jagalchi subway stations. The staff at this hotel is absolutely lovely. Most speak functional to excellent English and all are extremely welcoming and helpful. Really love this hotel.

I had to move rooms after the first night because the air conditioner was leaking. At first, the maintenance man tried to tell me that all the air conditioners leak, but of course I know that this is just not true, so I asked to be moved, which the staff organised for me straight away. So this is not really a complaint, just an observation that you have to be assertive sometimes if you are not completely happy with your original room.

Location! Close to BIFF square and Jagalchi market. A Lotte department store was only a 10 min walk. Family room is decent size for a family of 3. Housekeeping always stocks up our room with water and towel, they’re wonderful.

It did get crowded in the front, tour buses use it as a sightseeing bus stop. And no laundry service or self serve washer, the closest laundromat was a 15 min walk. Family room bathroom has a window into the bedroom, only privacy you get is a blind that can be adjusted in the bedroom.

The location is great for quick access to the market and the bus stop. It's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but it's close enough to the bus station that it doesn't really matter. I recommend taking the City Tour. The hotel is very clean, if a bit small, and the breakfast should have been included because it's very generic, but overall it was a great experience.

The breakfast is pretty 'hotel generic' and should have been included. The rooms are also a bit cramped, and I really don't understand the window between the bathroom and bedroom. But these are all minor. Honestly it's a good hotel for the money, in a good location, with a very friendly staff.

Loved the location and happy with room size and facilities. Accessible to eateries n shopping especially the underground mrt. Definitely would recommend this hotel to all ages of travel. Plenty of seafood eateries but be careful cos I think as foreign tourists we were offered less fresh servings due to our lack of local communication. So we kept to having our meals at the big shopping malls food court as we were confident to know we would NOT be short changed for lesser quality foods. Enjoyed the nite shopping n hawker stalls.

Had bad impression w the taxi man who picked us at Busan train station...had an attitude cos the distance from station to hotel was not far enough to his liking n grim looks n under his breath grumbling all the way n literally not assisting to get our suitcases out from his taxi ... Maybe the reception could have more pointers n offer tour operating packages available to travellers. We had to seek tour attractions ourselves. We even had lunch at a restaurant that served us short of 3 side dishes than in the photos in the menu! We had to enquire for the inconsistency...not a pleasant impression for sure.

The location of this the hotel is the best in the whole city. All main city life attractions are walking distance, if not - bus and metro stops are right outside. The room was lovely, quite compact, but equipped with everything you'd need. I really really recommend this hotel for Busan.

We had an unfortunate situation with noisy drunken neighbours in multiple rooms next to ours. After calling the reception in the middle of the night, it was resolved. The breakfast selection is quite limited, but really lovely nevertheless, the coffee isn't too good.

Location is absolutely superb. This would be the only location I'll stay in Busan - very close to the subway to get to the other parts of Busan, with BIFF Square and Jagalchi Market just 2 mins walk away. There's also a space for taxis to stop at right outside the hotel. At nights, the area is still happening but the room is extremely quiet and peaceful. Tip: get the seed hotteok at BIFF Square! Hotel is also clean and cosy, with friendly staff and a very cute resident cat.

The airconditioning was a little too cold at night, and it would automatically turn off when it hit a certain temperature so the room would either be too cold or too warm.

The room was compact but comfortable. I liked having a bathtub. It was a short taxi ride to the KTX station.

Maintenance was lacking. Wash basin was quite blocked - water took a long time to drain - and safe didn’t seem to work. I didn’t notify them as I didn’t want maintenance people coming in while I was out. Hairdryer very cheap and shoddy, like a child’s toy. Have had better quality ones in family-run pensions. Stained curtains and marks on stone bench tops.

Super convenient! Not far from the main tourist areas like Jagalchi and BIFF while Busan Station was only a few stops away. It was the most convenient hotel we had booked for our visit in South Korea as the buses and trains were less than 5 mins walk (even just in front of the hotel!)

The bathroom had a window (we were so flabbergasted). We were aware of this but we always assumed there was some sort of blinds/cover but even then you can still see the silhouette of the person in the shower which was odd, funny and awkward especially if you're travelling with a friend. That was only really the "meh" part of the hotel but everything else was great.

It is a very convenient location, near the biggest fish market, night market, shopping mall, it's walking distance. It sure helps when the weather was so so hot when we were there.

Some of the interesting places were a bit far from where we were, due to the hot weather, we couldn't bother to visit the biggest shopping centre nor the Sky Capsules. We did however went on the train that our friends drove us there in an air conditioned car, that we were lucky to have such good hospitatlity.

The breakfast is not free . We did pay extra for breakfast . And it was decent. But not too many choices. But it was a buffet and can come back to fill up your tummy. bed comfortable, Shower nice. Staff are all nice. Place is safe and near train station. Staff call taxi for you if you need. Has small refrigerator in room. You can borrow iron with ironing board.

No toothbrush or toothpaste but i think they have concern about it , i didnt bother to ask the reason why , room is not spacious .
