really enjoyed our stay here, place was clean and spacious, with a nice view! staff were lovely, and there are free bottles provided in reception! good location within easy walk of public transport, markets, restaurants and shopping.

only complaint would be that the bathroom was glass walled and covered with a blind, but you could still kinda see in. friend and I had to face the other way when either of us showered.

The room we got had a great view of the tower, and it was clean and comfortable, inclusive of all the amenities. i highly recommend this hotel!

There was nothing unlikable, but one thing. the window and glasses could be more cleaned so the residents can enjoy a better and clearer view of outside!

I liked that it was super close to Jagalchi Market and right inside BIFF.

They didnt specify that they didnt hve parking their building, so it was difficult to park at the nearby cinema parking lot, walk with kids and luggage, and then pay 10 dollars for it :/ should say theres no parking and that if you need it, you should provide it as a service!

The guy receptionist is very nice and he speak English.

Just the aircon I couldn't turn it on. And they run out of bath towels.
