The price is very reasonable and even cheap compared to other areas in Busan. The room was not that spacious, but it had everything needed. Also spotlessly clean.

The hotel is located in the BIFF-zone. I wouldn’t stay in that area again but prefer Haeundae beach area. This has nothing to do with the hotel, cause the hotel itself was very nice and good located near the metro or bus stops. There’s no breakfast, but since you are in the BIFF-area there’s food everywhere available (like everywhere in South-Korea). During check-in the young guy at the reception wasn’t that confident in English.

Great location if you are interested in the area as everything was handy. The hotel staff was also very accommodating and room comfy enough (space, beds, etc).

Reception on different floor and in many tall buildings waiting time for the lift. Also if there is desk in the room, chair would be nice.

Reception service and House keeping service were excellent during our stay. The cafe at the ground floor provided good breakfast set of croissant and Americano for hotel guests at a reasonable price.

Washing machine and dryer were not provided, We stayed for total of 8 nights, two check-ins, (doing a side trip to Jeonju) We tried searching for laundry services around the vicinity of the hotel but none were found. Therefore bring along some hangers & detergent if you wish to do some light laundry during your stay.

The location was nice, the hotel very quiet. The room and bathroom were big and clean. The shower was really good. Nice staff.

The room smelled like cigarettes, although it was a non-smoking room. The smell was probably in the wallpapers, not the air. There wasn't a place to put my clothes, only 4 hangers, no closets.

The bedrooms are really comfy and cozy. The bathrooms were really clean. I really liked the design of the building, it was very modern and stylish. The lockers were really convenient as well. Definitely worth the price, and if I come back to Busan I will definitely stay here again!

Probably they could've been more clear about the breakfast discount. We didn't really understand what we needed to do in order to get the discount of the hotel, and we also didn't understand what beverages we could get with that package. However, we still got to eat the breakfast and it was really tasty.

The room was spacious and very comfortable with everything you could possibly require. A wonderfully varied buffet breakfast was provided and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Of course the location is the most important thing, a two minute walk to the airport made my life so much easier, no worries about being late for my flight.

Very good location, good value for money

Soundproofing - could hear people chatting in corridor in the night when they returned form a night out Bed and room too small for two people.

The location was perfect. I accidentally booked a room without a private bathroom and didn't regret it as the bathrooms were so clean and well designed.

The doors are not soundproof, so you can hear the other guests walking through the corridors. There's an impressive rooftop terrace but it's completely empty and there was no bar. A missed opportunity!

Fabulous location near subway and all shops and eats at BIFF Sq. Spotlessly clean and quiet even though shared facilities. Everything seemed brand new. Common areaa were very well appointed and nicely furnished.
