Great location, BIFF square is at the next corner, with all the nearby eateries, and Fashion Alley (all the international brands plus local cafes) is three blocks away. Jagalchi Market is two blocks away, the escalators up to Mount Busan are also a few blocks away. Bus lines to every other sight in Busan are just on the street outside, and Nampo subway station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Fantastic base to explore all of Busan (it is a big, spread-out city), from the seaside temples up north, to the lighthouse walk along the southern tip of Yeongdo (recommended), the Songdo cable cars and southern beaches. Don’t miss the drone show at Gwangalli Beach on Saturday nights. Friendly staff, the reception is on the 4th floor up the elevator. Convenience store in the 1st Floor. I didn’t eat the breakfast as I am vegetarian and they offer two kinds of meat porridge only. Still a great value. Friendly helpful staff.

Excellent value at an excellent location. Great size room for Korean standards with all the toiletries included including robes and slippers. Right next to Jagalchi market and BIFF street with lots of food options. Right next to metro stop and multiple buses. Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location with bus stop and subway right outside. Walking distance to the markets with a small night market outside at BIFF. Staff was helpful with getting us a taxi in the wee hours of the morning for our flight.

Room size is a little small but pricing is reasonable and location is great. Hotel does not really have extra facilities. There is no dedicated drop off so if you arrive via taxi they stop along the main road which can be a little stressful when the road is busy and you're trying to get luggage out of the car.

Searched for a while for a hotel in Busan since most of the sites and areas of interests are spread out. I chose this hotel 4 nites, since it is literally walking distance to Biff Square, trains and buses. Biff Square area has shopping, restaurants, street vendors and do much more. Lotte Mall within walking distance. The hotel was nice, checkin staff very accommodating, you can even choose the pillow you want for your stay. Comfortable room, convenient convenience store and WOW pass machine in the lobby. I would stay here again to my trip to Busan. Highly recommend.

close to the metro. daily room cleaning starbucks coffee in the same building as well as convenience store where you can buy a metro card and reload too. nail and massage also in the same building. close to BIFF market (night market) around the area are some sit down restaurants too. and shopping stores

room can get super hot. central heater control is set at 24C. we were burning up. when we open the window to bring in some cool air at night, it wasn't much help because of the depression of the window structure from the building, and it more noise from the busy street that you get rather than cool air. only 2 choice of breakfast abalone porridge vs pork bulgogi. breakfast service only from (8-9:30). in my opinion 8am is late, but mostly everything in the area does not open till 8am even Starbucks.

Great location, easy to get to train and buses. Bathroom was clean and spacious, there was AC which was great in the summer heat. Staff were lovely at check in and check out as well as when we passed through for breakfast. I was really impressed that they were able to speak so many languages, there were a variety of people staying from various countries.

Breakfast options were ok, the portions were huge in my opinion. Would have loved more variety as we stayed for 4 nights so it got a bit boring. The place was really busy so some of the other guests were quite rude and loud but that is not the hotels fault. Unfortunately laundry service is paid through the hotel, I had thought there was a coin laundry we could use. The lovely staff helped us by telling us the closest coin laundry and giving us some clothes hangers so we could hang some of the clothes up in the room to dry (some clothes were unable to go in a dryer). The lighting in the room wasn't great, it was really dim. Could really do with some bedside lamps.

Facilities and comfort were so good. Best bed and pillows. Bathroom where you can sit down and have a shower was magic and so unorthodox and refreshing. There is a lounge and free tea and coffee next to reception which we made good use of. Staff, Swan was an encyclopedia of knowledge on where to eat and spot on. Location wise it is in the center of everything for that area and 3 mins walk to Jagalchi market. The enterance to the Hotel is not flash but once inside it's the best and great value for monwy

Perfect location as it is near bus stops, BIFF Square, food and street markets, shops and Lotte Mall. Staff are also very friendly and accommodating. There is a free coffee and massage chair in the lobby. You can also leave luggage before and after check out. Since there was no aircon and it was hot even on winter/fall, they provided electric fan.

The room and bathroom was not very clean. The furnitures also showed some wear and tear on its painting. Although it was fall/winter (November) it was hot in the room as window opening is very small and you have to close the curtains or else the people from adjacent buildings will see you.

The location here is the best! It is near the BIFF where you can see branded shops as well as street foods! Infront of the hotel is a bus stop. You can hail a taxi just infront if the hotel. Jagalchi market is across the street from the hotel. The seafood restaurants where you choose the fresh seafood to be cooked are just amazing. The food there was just great. It is much quieter than the hustle and bustle of Seoul but still as busy as can be. The staff were also accommodating and can speak in English. Our room size was just right for the 3 of us in the family. There is also 24 hour free coffee and tea at the lobby/dining area.

The food choices for breakfast were so limited. It was just abalone porridge and pork bulgogi. The pork bulgogi was delicious though.

Its location is fantastic with Jagalchi market on the other side of street, Busan International film festival road with street foods and shops are 20-30m away. Lotte Department store is within walking distance. The hotel is very secured with swiping card to access guests levels. Love it!

The light in the room was a bit dim and not many lights. The aisles were a bit dark.
