Rooms were very clean and very new, very comfortable. Location was wonderful, right next to Jagalchi market and walking distance from biff square, 15 min bus ride to gamcheon culture village. Most importantly, staff were very nice and friendly and went out of the way to ensure our trip in Busan was an enjoyable one, including calling the attractions to delay our entry time when we were running late, getting the taxi drivers to take a scenic route and giving very useful suggestions to simplify our trip. We received a warm welcome on arrival and we were given lots of useful information. The room was fresh and clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. Next to the fish market but also walking distance from shops and food markets. Easy to get bus to Gamcheon and Songdo. Also a minutes walk to metro to reach other destinations. As another reviewer said, it might seem a bit of a sketchy area but it's not. Women busy preparing fish to grill right next door which was interesting. Great dumpling/bun stall next to metro station. The balcony room is such great value! It's huge for a 3* hotel in a major metropolis, deep luxurious bath and perfect harbour view. I loved how they have thoughtfully created a map of recommendations- ate at the noodle bar on the list and it was delicious. Super important since the neighborhood can be tourist trappy. Check out the donut stall opposite the bingsu shop as well, they're amazing :) For those who don't know what a traditional wet market look like in Asia, you might want to look it up first, I grew up going every weekend so it's pretty standard and felt very safe for me, but it's not what you might think E Asia is like and might be a shock to stay in the middle of an old school market/ working (modern) fishing port

I would have preferred better lighting for the stairs to the laundry, somehow I wasn't always triggering the auto lights. But happy that it was on offered (rather than zero options) and well organized- much preferred the reservation system than some of the extreme competitiveness I've experienced at other hotels.

The location seemed a bit sketchy at first, but when you realise it's right next to the fish market, right across the main road to the other markets and walking distance to the central sights, it was perfect. Also, there was a metro station nearby, and it was only a few stops from many other places. There were lots of places to eat nearby, the Jagalchi fish market, street food vendors and food court in Lotte shopping centre. The room was also quite large and great to base yourself for 4-5 days.

The bathroom was large, but the bathtub was not 'built-in' so water would get on the ground when having a shower. The bath mat never dried so I had to keep it well away.

Honestly the best hotel I stayed in my trip to Japan & Korea. Everything was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and during check-in they even showed me some of the food spots to visit. The location is also great, very close to many touristic spots and one minute from metro station. The room was nicely spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable. The room had basically everything you need in a hotel room. The bathroom was also great. Generally I am not fan of bathtubs, but here it was enjoyable. The room even had a floor heating, you dont see that very often. The wifi was great. I even got one free entry to the spa in the same building. Its basically public bath seperated for men and women, but it was convenient for a short relaxation.

Just one minor thing. The room was quiet but sometimes I could hear closing doors from other rooms nearby and it was rather loud.

The location which was approximately 10O meters from the train station exit 6. Jalgachi market is literally a stone throw away from the hotel and about 15 mins walk from BIFF square. Room is a decent size and there’s an individual air conditioning which works too during the winter which to me, is a plus point as often, the room can be too stuffy with central heating system which can’t be controlled. Toiletries like razor, disposable toothbrush and ladies skincare are provided 😊 apart from the usual shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Everything! The owner is very lovely, friendly, thoughtful and very helpful! He helped us to reshuffle our itinerary to more efficient and save us more time for more interesting things to do. Also introduced us to very good foods ard the area and also the whole busan based on our itinerary. He surprised us with the keycard holder which is folded from a best street food map done by themselves, which linked to their ig account where u can checkout the nice food location! This is so sweet! 🥰🥰🥹 I would say this is the friendliest hotel we’ve ever been to after been to so many places and countries! The room is very clean and size is very decent. Room and bathroom are both nicely designed and the water pressure is awesome 🤩 Would definitely come back if we ever going to busan again ❤️

Clean, new and modern. The actual room was exactly like the pictures. Room services was provided when requested and front desk was super kind to explain to all his guests about nearby restaurants and amenities which totally saved me as I did not planned on where to eat on the first day. When our hair dryer broke, front desk delivered a new one straight away. The toilet and bath was extremely clean and well maintained. Shower was hot. I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath. Venue was perfect, short walk to BIFF and the other 2 markets with endless food options. It was near train exits so when it rained I could simply travel underground.

Near the fish market so it will smell when you are at the ground floor outside hotel otw to BIFF but just need to walk onto the streets by the main road to escape the smell. The hotel doesn’t have any fishy smell.

We were very impressed with the Customer Service level provided by the gentleman at the Reception. He was extremely helpful, whether in helping us with taxi bookings, or making recommendations where to go for sight-seeing and giving restaurant suggestions. We were particularly appreciative of him going above and beyond to help one of the guests in our party to locate and retrieve her mobile phone, as she accidentally left it in a taxi. He contacted the police to obtain various contacts of various taxi companies; reached out to the taxi company and located the driver; spoke to the driver and arranged for the phone to be delivered back to the hotel.

The Reception area was a bit small.

The fitness center was great, access to laundry for 5 hours (complete 2 loads of laundry) for 10K Won, rooms were spacious and comfortable, lots of water provided, umbrellas available to borrow, allowed for baggage storage after check out, manager gave many suggestions for food and activities in the area as well as how to best get around (taxi!).

The fitness center elliptical was not bolted to the ground so it wasn’t safe to use. The area around was the port and so it was fairly pungent with fish smell when we would walk to leave hotel. The tub does not have a curtain so water sprayed everywhere which was mildly inconvenient but not a huge deal.
