Super large and comfortable bed and enormous bath within the spacious wet-room. Good quality shower. Vibrant location near to BIFF square.

Tiny hanging space for clothes and not a single drawer or shelf to put clothes or anything else. Squishy and tiny disposable cups provided that were unusable (unsafe) for hot drinks. Breakfast was very reasonably priced but the choice for non-Korean was 2 cereals with milk, juice and white bread toast. No fruit or yogurt or (as advertised on the wall of the dining area) croissants or other pastries. Black hairs left in bath after cleaning (despite not having been used at this stage).

Overall it was an excellent value, including the breakfast (although it would have been nice if the breakfast started half an hour earlier). Staff were very helpful, and it's a short walk to the subway station, restaurants, convenience store, etc. Rooms were unexpectedly spacious.

While it's hard to criticize, given what a great value it is, I would just mention three things to be aware of. 1) Room light switches were hard to figure out (perhaps an instruction sheet could be provided?) 2) There is no floor level change between shower and toilet area, and no barrier to prevent shower water from going all over the floor of the entire area. Not really anything to do about this except use extra towels... 3) A block behind is a kind of minor redlight district full of massage parlors, etc. Not a problem, as you don't have to go through it, but definitely visible in passing.

Great location that is so near to the traditional market and nightlife areas. We booked 2 deluxe rooms and hotel upgraded one of the room. Pleasantly surprised and room size was huge with bath tub and clothes dryer provided. Helpful staff that spoke good English. As we drove a 7-seater SUV, it was too huge to go into hotel automated carpark, hence have to park on public carpark just a short distance away. Carpark attendant was not honest and charged us 80k won for 1 night parking. Luckily the hotel staff went over to ask for refund of 60k won. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay.

Take note it can be quite noisy at night but noise will subside after 10pm.

Really good location to move around and plenty of restaurants in the area. Also 2 markets nearby :) The room was really big and comfortable. Really nice bathroom. Our only comment is about the breakfast. If they would have somr variety and not only a coffee machine for Americanos I am sure they would have more people. There was almost nothing to eat. Not to mention I had to use the upper part of my fork to spread the butter and jam on the bread. There was no one else having breakfast (I think that says it all). Also, it had a discount. Very understandable after all.

The staff go above and beyond at this hotel; Very welcoming! The room was huge and clean. W got the 2 bedrooms for just 2 people, but we could've fitted 3 other people in that room. I loved the walls and the view that they offered us.

I was not too fond of the walls in the bathroom because I was rooming with my friend and the walls were a little see-through. During our second night, the lights in the bathroom started flickering and the window in our room opened by itself even though it was locked. The hallways are dark, which is a contrast to the hotel rooms. However, the location and price of the hotel cancels everything else.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with ample space for our large luggage. No UK plug adapters are needed, as we could charge directly. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station for trips to Gamcheon Village and Arte Museum Busan, and just a short walk from Jagalchi Station Exit 3 (with an elevator between exits 3 and 5). There's also a luggage scale available for convenience at lobby.

There's no coin laundry service available at the hotel, but a laundromat is located about 5-10 minutes' walk away.

It was super easy to find from Busan Station and Check-In was very easy (we were a little earlier than Check-In-Time but it was no problem at all). The Location of the Hotel is amazing for all the tourist attractions in that area of Busan and if you want to go to Gwangalli or Haeundae there is very good connections with public transport. The room itself was amazing, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom is also very big with a big bathtub and a rainshower as well as a regular showerhead; the toilet was separate which was very convenient. We were given two big towels, two small towels and two bathrobes. The towels can be replaced everyday. The room was provided with two bags of tea and coffee as well as two bottles of water in the fridge which will be restocked if you put out the sign for room cleaning during the day. The value for the money we paid was out of this world and exceeded our expectations, we will definitely come back for another stay at this hotel!

Literally nothing, everything was nice.

I loved how spacious the room and bathroom were - the toilet even had an electronic bidet (like the ones in Japan)! The bathtub was much bigger than normal, and we loved the design of the room. It was such a nice room for the price point - quiet, spacious, stylish and good value. It was located close to BIFF square as well (5-10 minute walk) and many other popular spots. Would definitely come back here again.

If I had to nitpick, I think it could have been a little cleaner. Some places were a little dusty, but it was mostly the corner of ceilings or hard to reach places. That was the only slightly negative thing I could think of, overall it was a fantastic place to stay.

Location was great!! Rooms were clean Staff were generally nice and could speak some english There was free parking You can request for the counter staff to order fried chicken for you. Staff helped to book airport taxi.

We had 2 deluxe twin and both were different. 1 deluxe twin had carpeted floors with the safe and door lock /bolt spoilt. The safe was fixed when we reported it but not the door lock. The other deluxe twin had tiled floor and water there was a small pool of water after baths.

The location of the hotel is great! If you can, book a room with a balcony that faces the back of the hotel. You will get a great view of the surrounding neighborhood. The beds were comfy, the room was big and the heated floors was a nice bonus. The rooftop of the hotel is also very nice.

Overall, I really liked the hotel. Two minor improvements: Conduct a deeper cleaning (making sure there is no hair or dirt on the floor, no finger prints or spray on the mirrors or doors, etc.) The room was not dirty at all, but the cleaning could be improved. The rooftop bar should be stocked with the all the listed items on the menu. Or allow your guests to buy their drinks and snacks at the convenience store next door and bring it up to enjoy the view.
