Location is one of the best. It doesn't have to be on the main road, but it is so close to all the things one may need,i.e., bus stop, metro, cvs, shopping street, and all the good restaurants near by. One metro away from the fish market. They also have parking spaces if you arrive by car. Room size is spacious and clean, which utmostly meets value for money. A microwave and hot water are also provided on the 1st floor.

Nothing - only on the side note that they do not have free service on keeping the luggage for you if you arrive earlier before check-in time.

I liked how close it was to the station and not too far from some attractions. Free water as well.

Was not the cleanest there’s was a lot of dust near the bed area. Also one room had a heavy cigarette smell which I did not expect.

Location: walking distance to Jagalchi fish market. About 10-15 minutes by taxi to Huinnyeoul Culture Village and Gamcheon culture village. 10 minutes walk to BIFF square. Complimentary water bottle and coffee and tea (can and satchel) plus more coffee in the reception area. Good value for money. Aircon works well

Bed and pillows are a bit hard for my liking. Wet shower. Towels are small however staffs give you plenty of them and change them everyday. Staffs don’t speak English but always willing to help. No dryer however you can use their washing machine + laundry detergent for free (24hrs coin lau dry are about 500m from the hotel). Only 1 card key was given to us.

II loved my stay at this hotel. It's near the train station and the bus station. The shopping street is also very near here. BIFF is a 15min walk away but you'll enjoy your stroll since there are a lot of shops that you can explore on the way. The property has an elevator so it's easy to bring your luggage to your room. I really appreciate the heated floors as it was kinda cold. A smart TV was also in the room. There's also a PC (but I was not able to figure out how to make it work). Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste) and a hair dryer were provided. Lotion, toner, and hair products were also provided. Products smelled great! Bath robes and towels are replaced daily. My favorite part of this property was the tub! A microwave and a water dispenser can also be found at the lobby, free to use for customers.

Great location just off Mampo station, close to local attractions, Restaurants and metro. Double glazing so the exterior noise was blocked however we could heard quite a bit our upstairs neighbours. Large, impeccable room.

The towels are tiny and the blue toilet light at night was quite annoying. It would be good to have a top bedsheet rather than only the duvet as the texture was quite unpleasant to sleep.

Staff were helpful and responsive to our needs. They here was a free Americano maker by check in area which was free to use.

The first room we reserved for 3 adults only had one large bed so I had to sleep on the floor on some blankets which wasn’t comfortable for me. Thankfully, we were able to upgrade ( for a fee) to a room which contained one Queen and one twin bed on the second day. I also got 9 mosquito bites the first night which was miserable.

The location is great. There are convenience stores and currency exchanges nearby. Great place to eat and massage The hotel rooms are quiet and well soundproofed. Towels and water were provided in abundance, and the bathtub was a jacuzzi, which was nice.

Although the front desk staff couldn't speak the language, they smiled and managed to communicate using a translation app. They also called me a taxi for the return trip smoothly.

That’s very good from price point and shopping and sightseeing, Silent to have good sleep. we just walked to Lotte dept store within 5 mins., 3 mins to subway exit 7. Closed to Busan Tower and shopping street and a lot of food to choose. Exchange store in there . Everything is ready for you. Taxi to 甘川， 松島，五六天空步道 just need 10 mins. Highly recommend. I take a bigger room 705 & 706 excellent.

The toilet and bath room are always wet after cleaning

The location is great a few minutes walking from the closest station and access to bus/metro, great value for money, room had a fridge / boiler and toilet had a bidet.

The hotel only gave us small towels and no big towels for the shower, but they would swap them daily so it wasn't a big deal, just a minor inconvenience.

Absolutly fantastic location for a very decent price. The hotel is just one street away from the subway station, and super close to Lotte mall, Jagalchi fish market, Busan tower etc. A shopping street and food options are directly out the door. Next to the subway station is a big bus station, so you got every option to get around the city. Busan station is just 2 subway stations away. The room itself was spacious and clean. Big bathtub, although unfortunately only blurred glass between bath and room, no real wall. The bed was REALLY hard, but somehow not uncomfortable, I and even my elderly mother slept fine. There`s limited parking available, but the space is really tight, so it could be difficult with a big car. The staff was really nice, but could not speak English well. We arrived earlier than check-in time started and could leave our luggage in the lobby. There`s a water filter available for everybody in the lobby, in case you wanna refill instead of buying bottles all the time.

The hallway was smelling two times very strongly as if somebody smoked there, but the smell did not get into the room and was gone after a short while, so no big deal.
