I enjoyed everything. The cleaning schedule was nice. They changed the towels everyday (and a good point is that they have big towels too, in comparison to other hotels). The room and bathroom were very clean. We also could do laundry for free. The hotel is in placed conveniently, next to many restaurants and shops and even to the Busan Tower. The caffe from downstairs has great coffee and we went there every morning. We will surely return in the future.

The room is spacious. Small and large towels that are changed daily. Possibility to have breakfast at the hotel (15000krw). There is a washing machine and dryer. There are places to eat nearby. The market is close. There is a 7eleven at 10m.

A bit far from Gwangalli beach and Haeundae beach.

Friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Good size room (but smaller bathroom). Great location (much better than our previous hotel in Seomyeon) as it was close to subway stations, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, bakeries, museums, shopping mall, etc. Breakfast buffet was by far the best offering from any hotels during our 3 weeks stay in South Korea. Pleasant lobby and breakfast room.

All the employees were really nice, the room was exceptionally clean and spacious. We could reach the public transport within minutes, the hotel was conveniently located, there were plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The breakfast was quite good, there were various dishes including both korean and europian food. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beds very comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities you need: shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, bottles of water, kettle, etc. The room was very spacious. The staff was very nice: when we got there, we had first a room but unfortunately it smelled like tobacco , when we informed it , they changed our room right away. We spent there just one night but I wished we could have stayed longer!

The breakfast: when we were there, there wasn't the buffet as we expected but just a main dish (American breakfast) which was not very tasty.

The rooms were clean and had everything i needed, even daily water refill. There is also a coffee shop with very good coffee. The lo ation is great, easy to access all the main tourist attractions.

Great central location in Busan. I was able to navigate my way around to different places of interest with ease. The breakfast options were great and the staff was friendly and attentive. Checking in was easy and they were happy to assist with information as needed.

Comfortable beds, decent sized room. Was near a train station so I could get around to other areas without too much difficulty.

The location was kind of far for other activities, but busan is kind of spread apart so I don’t think I could find a hotel that was near everything.

I booked this hotel to stay near Busan Port to catch the Queen Beetle to Fukuoka the following morning. The hotel has a well-lit and warm facade, is located only a few minutes walk from metro, the rooms were clean, the staff helped me to book a cab to the port and the breakfast was delicious.. Overall, i was satisfied w the service.

The hotel is centrally located next to a lot of sights, metro, and shopping street/ mall. Breakfast was ok, staff was friendly and it was very clean. You will be provided with a bottle (or 2) of drinking water in the room every day. Tip: Use Nampo metro Station instead of Jungang and just walk straight for about 5 minutes. It's way easier and faster than the suggested Jungang Station on Kakao/Google Maps.

We needed to do the laundry and asked at the reception, they just gave us the price list for the laundry service which was very expensive (also, they don't speak english very good). Unfortunately as we were about to check out, we saw that it would have been possible to wash the laundry in a designated laundry room for guests in the hotel which would have been way cheaper (or free?) But no one told us about it when we were asking...
