Location: Perfect - right in front of the beach! but this does mean you get to hear all the cars/motorbike revving pdaysast at night. Room: It was opulent! Loved the bathroom, I thought it was smart use of space! View: I did not book the sea view but I could sort of see the beach! and boy was it beautiful! The Vibe of the area is FANTASTIC! whilst it can be a bit noisy at night as it seems to attract noisy cars it is just a buzz and this is coming from an introvert!

Cleanliess - this is a tough one because the cleaning staff are wonderful! They tidied the room daily and everything was immaculate BUT... the bed frame liner had...some stains which appeared to be bodily fluids of the male kind. Staff - Overall were nice - but communication was slightly difficult and I had to use translator to communicate some points. But I understand that my Korean wasn't great either so it goes both ways. But overall they assisted when asked. The lady who assisted on the third day was so very kind and tried her best so I respect that (even if communication was difficult)

The location was fantastic: Right on the beach near coffee shops and restaurants, and a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They lent us an umbrella and the gave us a map to find the closest laundromat, several blocks from the hotel. The room was very clean everyday. We went up to the roof and the bar on the 15th floor, both of which had amazing views. Having a convenience store just outside the door was great!

While we loved this hotel, the bed was firmer than we’re used to. We would have liked laundry facilities in the building or close by. But these are small issues and we would come back to the Kent hotel.

The Hotel is right across gwangalli beach and we came for the drone show. So location is very convenient. We stayed at 3 places in South Korea, but this hotel was the only place where we almost overslept and slept comfortable. The beds are so heavenly. The hotelroom is really spacious and in the bathroom the shower and toilet are seperated with a wand. Too bad we only booked for 1 night. if I knew I booked for more nights in this hotel. The view from the hotelroom is also wonderful. Breakfast was also very delicious.

We booked a deluxe two person bedroom with 1 or 2 beds city view including breakfast. But we were with 3 adults. And the price including breakfast was apparently only for 2 person. So we were a bit suprised/ taken back that when we want to eat breakfast that we had to pay for breakfast for the 3th person. I havent seen it on the website that including breakfast was only for 2 persons and not for the total people you have booked. There should be a text or something when you make the booking for this hotel.

Great location right across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars. Spacious, clean, well-lit room and bathroom (which had a window), beautiful view of beach and sea, good a/c and shower, large vanity, comfortable bed. Nespresso machine in room. Top floor dining room is a beautiful place for their buffet overlooking the beachfront and ocean.

We were awoken one morning around 7 a.m. with a hotel siren and loud female voice over the room’s p.a. system, giving what seemed to be agitated instructions in Korean, no English version. We imagined the worst and called the front desk but were simply told “no problem”.

The properties location can’t be beat. Steps away form the beach and a convenient store just outside made it a perfect hotel. The lobby and the “rooftop” has great views of the beachfront/bridge. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and bars.

The property is a bit on the older side. Noticed carpet stains and wall paper coming off. The bathroom I had didn’t have proper drainage for the shower and our toilet kept flushing on its own. My group ordered in and our rooms didn’t have tables. The lobby had plenty of space yet when asked if we could eat, we were denied. What’s the point of having tables and chairs if guests can’t use it to eat/drink/relax?

Our room has a fantastic view of the seashore with the lighted bridge in the horizon. It was well appointed, roomy and clean. Cupboards were spacious and the bathroom was well designed to make best use of space. The hotel is at the corner of a major intersection yet it was not noisy at all.It did mean however, that we were able to walk everywhere either along the beach front or to restaurants and shops.Moreover taxis or Uber are not expensive in Busan. Definitely recommend this hotel

I very rarely give a 10 as a review. But this hotel is amazing for the price. Reception upgraded us to a view room at no charge. There are chairs on each floor to enjoy the view and a huge lounge on the third and top floors. The room was spacious with one of the best beds we had in Korea, and an excellent separate shower that doesn’t flood the bathroom. The glass elevators with a view of the ocean are cool.

The happy hour starts and ends very early and is overly expensive.

It is a beautiful hotel, with beautiful and clean facilities. The staff is the nicest and the room was so nice. It is located right across the street from Gwangalli beach which makes it so convenient and has a beautiful sight. It is located in a populated avenue which makes it convenient to get whatever you need nearby and makes you feel very safe.

It's the best decision to stay in this location and it was probably the best hotel in the area. Don't underestimate how big Busan is, if you come in summer, staying close to the beach in one of the areas (Gwangalli or Haeundae Beach) will the the best option. You'll be close to a lot of great food places, beach, shopping malls and metro/bus routes. Hotel is right at beach line, with the spacious rooms, great views, great service and easy to reach.
