The room was large and clean, and the breakfast was very delicious. We traveled with 2 kids and the kids room was very good.

We couldn't find the shuttle bus from terminal 2 so we needed to take a quite expensive taxi. I checked the homepage beforehand but found only the time schedule for the shuttle bus terminal 1.

It’s a really cute hotel and the staff is very nice and accommodating. The heated pool on the evening is absolutely lovely. You should take a walk on the other side of the sea where you’ll find the most beautiful nature. It’s definitely a must up book a seaside room because the railroad side isn’t so good, but if you have things to do in Seoul, it won’t matter. It was worth the money and the Longer I was there, the more I enjoyed it. That’s usually not the case for me Shuttle bus is free and always on time and with the express you only need 30min to seoul station.

The food is crazily overpriced but I have seen this in all 5Star hotels in seoul. 10SKW for a coffee?? I had the spicy noodles one evening and it did taste delicious and the portion was large. It isn’t exactly gourmet food, but it is very good. The carpets in the room are really awful. The hotel would be much more stunning with wooden floors but the price would also increase I guess. The pool changing room is a mess and there is no desk or chair to place your belongings when changing. Better change in your own room and avoid it if you can. Sorry, but if you charge 10SKW for a Cappuccino, at least don’t put it into a small cup, but be more generous with the size.

A great hotel to stay for two nights and relax at at before a morning International flight after three weeks in South Korea and The front desk were very welcoming st check and gave me extra help in the business centre which I really appreciated. All the staff were all very helpful especially at the concierge desk. Had a good dinner.and brunch in the Kunst Lounge it had a nice ambience and was very comfortable. Didn't opt for the breakfast, lunch or dinner buffets at the other restuarant both places were pricey, so it was good to have the convenience store on site there as well. The high cost at the two eating places probably explains why people were arriving with so many bags of food brought from outside. The grounds and small beach were very nice to walk around and to sit and they were beautifully lit up at night. Had a lovely room with a fabulous view over the water. The see through glass between the toilet and the shower was very odd, not sure why it was not frosted. The only other thing I didn't understand was why the corridors from the elevators to the rooms were so poorly lit. The real highlight was the outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna where I spent the whole afternoon, perfect way to unwind and get ready to fly the next day. However I was a bit surprised that I had to pay extra for a time slot and an additional amount for a sun lounge. It didn't open till 2pm but stayed open till 10pm. I had a very good snack here. Although I didn't swim in the evening, I did pop in and the DJ, music and videos were fun. One full day here was perfect. There was nothing nearby, so you'd have to get a taxi to go to any local restaurants or attractions. I was very pleased I choose to stay here and get ready for my long flight and it made it so easy to get the hotel's shuttle bus to the right to the terminal in the morning.

Lovely large room with a sea view, comfortable bed and pillows and nice to have a couch to sit on. Good facilities and comfortable chairs in the lobby. I stayed one night to be close to the airport, so was able to relax and rest before my flight and a free airport shuttle was very handy.

My one criticism is there is nowhere to sit outside if you want some fresh air and somewhere to sit (a seated area is provided for smokers). There is plenty of outdoor space to provide that facility. And more detailed information about how to use the facilities such as the sauna and open air bath area for people like myself who have never had that experience.

The room was great. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had all the amenities we needed. We loved that we could watch Netflix/Prime/Disney on the TV. The staff at reception were friendly and professional. We loved the pool too, just wish it were included in the room price. The surroundings of the hotel are quite scenic, even though it's close to the airport you feel like you're surrounded by nature. Both of us said we'd like to come again.

I wish use of the pool was included in the room price but sadly in Korea paying extra to use the pool is the norm. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were not the friendliest. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant (not the buffet, the a la carte) and the food was just okay. What came out looked quite different from the pictures on the menu. Luckily the excellent and reasonably priced wine made up for it.

It was very modern and clean. Very comfortable bed. Balcony and great view. At the back of the hotel there is a beautiful area with playground, live fire and the beach. There is a small convenience store inside the hotel where the staff were very helpful and friendly and there is great little selection of snacks

The First lady at the check in desk was a little unwelcoming. I’m Australian and probably looked disheveled after flight and out of place because she asked if I was there to clean so I had to say that I’m here to sleep. The lady at the check out was lovely and friendly and very helpful.

We had a long layover in Seoul/Incheon, and with a late afternoon arrival and departure the next day this was a good option very close to the airport. A free shuttle to and from the hotel was on time and convenient. The room was very clean and nicely appointed for our needs. We had a nice full-length window view of the bay surrounding Incheon airport. The room was quiet and comfy. We were there in early November, so it was a bit cold and windy outside, but we still enjoyed a walk in the vicinity of the hotel on a nice boardwalk and paths.

Breakfast hours were limited and we had to leave prior to opening.

Close to the airport with free shuttle bus Beautiful room and well laid out. Good sized bath a plus after 2 weeks of travelling around Korea. Bed was soft - a fabulous change after having a few hard ones. Breakfast- expensive, however decent enough quality, with enough choices. Was busy in there, and things generally remained topped up

Had a cocktail and a light meal in the lounge - food was very expensive for what it was ( pizza), and the service was very average - I had to get up and find someone to order despite not being busy in there. Not acceptable enough for a 5 star establishment.

Rooms were clean and beds and sheets very comfortable. Good food at the smaller restaurant with huge portions. Beautiful surroundings outside. The reed grass is just breathtaking. Trail to walk around but do not do alone as a female. A lot of garbage on trail and we encountered a man with a backpack who was screaming while standing near the water. Clearly this garbage and this man did not come from this nice hotel. Locals must walk this trail too but we only saw one person.

A/C was turned off in entire hotel after 8:00 pm. Room was extremely hot. I opened the sliding doors but the noise from the airport and trains kept me up all night. There was much confusion about the time of the two restaurants opening and what they served. We finally figured it out but the staff was either wrong or everything was lost in translation. Nothing is within walking distance. You can take a cab about 20 minutes away to find food. We had 3 kids with us so unfortunately we had to eat at the expensive restaurant. BUT the food was VERY good and huge portions.
