The room was large and clean, and the breakfast was very delicious. We traveled with 2 kids and the kids room was very good.

We couldn't find the shuttle bus from terminal 2 so we needed to take a quite expensive taxi. I checked the homepage beforehand but found only the time schedule for the shuttle bus terminal 1.

The room was a good size and well appointed with useful spaces and furniture. Bath robe, bathroom slippers was a nice touch. Booked it mainly because it was close to Incheon International Airport and for its free shuttle service, which was excellent.

The entrance to the pool facilities should have been free for guests. The charge of $16,000 KRW per person which is actually 50% off the regular rate for time-limited access was unexpected and a deterrent for 4 of us to use it, which was a shame. Most all hotels we stay at have pool access free for guests, so this extra charge was a surprise. Another issue was the room was so hot overnight (around 24 C) and we thought the air conditioner was broken, but we were informed that the hotel automatically sets it to Heating or Cooling depending upon the month. I could not sleep because it was too warm. Guests should be able to control their hotel room temperature themselves.

Stayed two nights to visit family and to transit (and recover from) 10 hour flight from Sydney. Free shuttle bus was prompt and efficient. 15 minute ride from Terminal 1 was a plus. Very comfortable firm bed. Clean and well organised room with a water view. Able to adjust temperature in the room to suit. Lovely rain shower. Great amenities to take away from bath. Sewing kit, eye glass cleaner, mini hand sanitizers were really helpful for our next leg to Europe. Staff were helpful. Excellent fully equipped gym with an enormous amount of free weights (that no one else was using), stairmaster, treadmills, boxing bag and gloves, bands, sterilized shoes of all sizes. Breakfast was expensive but delicious as there is nothing else around. Mobility might be an issue for older folks as Platz for the breakfast buffet has many steps with tiered seating. Excellent assortment of Asian and non-Asian food. A little bit salty but loved the miyeokguk to help recover from the flight. Pitched to a younger demographic who seemed to be staying for a staycation.

10% discount on breakfast not offered for second night of stay. Wine glasses were metal which interferes with taste of wine offered at the CU convenience store. Better to have glass. Frosted glass on wall between shower and toilet would offer more privacy to couples sharing the bathroom at the same time but a minor point.

The hotel is emasculate - including the lobby, the restaurant, the gym and the park outside. I didn’t get to use the sauna nor the infinite pool but they looked amazing. It was very quiet with not many guests during my stay, which made the experience extra relaxing. I used the free shuttle a four times in total, which runs regularly and always on time, which was very helpful. I got very excited when I saw the breakfast - Korean with continental options. Korean style dim sum too. Every dish was prepared with a lot of attention to detail. I had a mix of everything but bibimbap and steamed corn and sweet potato were my favourites.

Cannot fault anything but just as a side note - you pay extra to use the pool, but this is expected especially for big beautiful pools like they have. The gym and the sauna are free to use for the guests.

- Someone breached the NEST or booking.com system and received my information, messaged me on Whatsapp, and said that I need to confirm my reservation (obviously phishing and scam). I would recommend that both NEST and Booking.com enhance their cyber-security to ensure that guest data IS NOT COMPROMISED. This is a huge security risk which can lead to the data of guests (address, name, phone, cc numbers, etc.) becoming public! - the room was across from the elevator which made for a loud and somewhat unpleasant stay - elevator noises as well as families/individuals speaking loudly in the hallways and at the elevators all day long.

The room is perfectly equipped. We ended up getting an upgrade, and the room was perfectly spacious so that you have enough room to move around comfortable while not being huge. The extra hygiene amenities were very thoughtful. The sofa bed was great to rest and read, or to have dinner with the small table beside it. The staff is incredibly kind (even the cleaning ladies), and made sure we had a comfortbale stay. I really enjoyed the pool “party” at night, and loved even more that it was adults only, which made it 100% worth it.

The only downside is that the add-ons were much more expensive than expected, and the area around it is a little too empty.

Rooms were clean and well equipped. Handy transfer to airport terminal and 24hr CU in the building. Only stayed one night, saw the pool and sauna but did not use them.

The bathroom door, somewhat opaque. And if use for the toilet cubicle alone (allowing for others to use sink/wash area, it doesn’t fully cover you and if your in the toilet cubicle you can be fully seen from shower and 50% of wash area. Can be used to close off entire bathroom but still not fully private and sound not insulated. Very small niche that is overcome by location, facilities and airport transfers.

The free shuttle bus was easy to navigate from the airport. The bus was large and could easily fit everyone. The room was larger than expected and the beds were comfy. We liked the various lighting options in room. The cot was set up ready for us and they included some baby toiletries too. My children (6 years and 10 months old) enjoyed the playroom. We wish it was open earlier than 8am though as they are early risers. We would like to visit again and make use of the pool if we have an early flight the next day.

The only downside is that there are limited dining options as places don’t deliver to somewhere so out of the way. The room service pizza was delicious but pricey.

The location, very close to the airport, was exactly what I needed, making my stay very convenient. Room was very nice and clean with very nice view directly form the bed. The standout moment of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Peter Kim from the front desk. After I unfortunately lost a piece of luggage on a local bus, at 10 o'clock in the evening, Mr. Kim demonstrated remarkable kindness and efficiency. He went out of his way, locating my luggage late at night and personally ensuring its safe return to me. His professionalism and commitment were truly impressive and unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its top-notch facilities, prime location, and, most notably, its extraordinary staff with Mr. Peter Kim setting an outstanding example. A truly 5-star experience!

This hotel was enjoyable for us because it's a bit capricious in its design and it takes you away from the generic standard hotel setup and layout. We were able to get a sea facing room on the 11th floor. You're able to watch the boats and sea life from the comforts of your bed. The room has a comfortable layout with its built in furniture and the floor to ceiling windows made the room bright. The bathroom had a large two person bathtub which also viewed the sea. The airport shuttle runs on a schedule but not during the very early hours. All in all a delightful surprise for what was a choice made because of it's proximity to the airport.

Both the shuttle drivers were grumpy grunt and point people. Your first impression of the hotel is seeing a very nice bus but unfriendly service which immediately creates a negative feeling. They should be greeting your guests as nicely and welcoming as the front desk does.
